for the atmosphere , you can use a falloff for diffuse ,no emission ,and same falloff control the opacity. and a ramp to color the diffuse , and then use a color layer (the color layer node is in redshift ,Octane must have something similar ,it basically stacks node and have blend mode) ,and blend multiple ramp together ,and set blend mode to ADD. the pros of this method is that no atmosphere on the dark side since we only use diffuse , and you can control the atmosphere intensity by stack and blend the same ramp node. Bad english sorry
Apart from being just one informative, inspirational and pleasant stream, I love the tip on using an ambient playlist. I wasn't able to find yours, but it feels incredible listening to a mix like that while working on space stuff. Thank you so much for sharing this!
Bro! Thank you so much for sharing the site for the planet textures. I've been searching for them for so long. The video is awesome too! Just checked out your other tutorials. Can't wait to dig in man, gotta use this free time as best as possible. Thank you so much for these, I just wanna high five you!💪🏼✋🏼
@@pwnisher No problem man! Inspiring me to make some longer tuts myself I like how much this shows your natural work process. Hope I run into you at a Siggraph some day ;D
Hi your tutorials are amazing! At 52:26 when you set up direction Falloff its -1,-1,1 and Maximum value 0,08 or something like that. But I think its too late :D when this video is 1year old . Anyway thank you
Hey I still use 3DSMax and was wondering, back when Corridor was still using Max, how did you guys transfer camera and null data from Max to After Effects? I know C4D has pretty tight integration by default, but not sure about max.
me after clint's stream: **immediatley sets a timer for the next stream and stay at it for the whole week**
Hahaha heck yeah!!!
Going back to watch some old tuts. Forgot how much I missed emo kid Clint.
These videos are cool to watch and seeing where the render started to when it’s finished
So glad you're enjoying them.

Hey I love your work and i like to keep up, but is it mandatory to have octane?
Of course not =] You can create with the tools you have now!
After WW3, can we get Cardboard Warfare 3?
Hopefully before =]
hi, the link to resources leads to a blank? Any chance of linking to textures in video, thanks.
where can i see the finished product? thumbnail is too small.
the result is far from the video YT miniature, don't you think ?

But I thought Logan Paul proved the earth was flat?
Hahahahahha!!! I actually did the intro title render for that mocumentary.

fbx and alembic both support cameras and null data
GSG plus member here but still can not find and download the space pack... any chance someone has them?
can this be done in redshift instead of octane?
I dont have octane .I have vray
Is it ok ..?
please where are the HDRI ?
Cinema 4d is 4000 bucks here..... :(
actually. he is doing this wrong. Image textures shouldnt ever be loaded like that.
I thought he knew what he was doing... CORI-BORED...
Brilliant.... Please do a stream on blender too please
Ah if I knew blender =[
@@pwnisher blender is very easy , i am pretty sure u can get started in a week or so with ur c4d knowledge
