MOST underrated game in the series, it had an atmosphere that felt true to the GBA which made it special, felt like an actual F1 Grand Prix at times and was a pretty neat challenge without any of the pretensions some of the future editions had. This one also had tracks that had a lot of imagination put into them such as Ribbon Road (Giant present town area, you never see unusual tracks like this anymore), Cheese Land (unusual environment), Sky Gardens (Fairy tale fantasy element), Bowser's Castle's (cool challenge at the end of each cup) and Rainbow Road (most underrated one in the series, references the past at that point (Paper Mario) and has a feeling of saying goodbye to said past as well). I wonder when/if there will ever be a track in a work office, a gymnasium, a circus, a court, a giant piano, a toy box (like in Paper Mario), a kitchen, a matter splatter galaxy (with multiple paths/ shortcuts), a library (normal), an ancient library (like an Egyptian one), across several high skyscrapers (kinda been done, but maybe not with a vigilante theme), a crystal maze, a land/galaxy made of Cake and a map with a White Noise theme. (I'm not even sure if any of these ideas would make it past a pitch meeting now).
I knew SNES Ghost Valley sucked when the CPU’s kept falling off the one gap halfway through. Falling in this game is probably the worst right after MK64 with how easy it is and how long it takes for Lakitu to save you.

I've noticed a pattern. The best 5 super circuit tracks are almost always Rainbow Road, Cheese Land, Ribbon Road, Sky Garden and Sunset Wilds.
