Adobe Animate | Types of symbols in Animate, Graphic and Movieclip

The two most common symbol types in Adobe Animate CC are Graphic Symbols and MovieClip Symbols. They are alike in many ways - but there are stark differences as well.

Movieclip symbols for a predefined animation which your want to use multiple times in the timeline.
Graphic symbols for animating it differently each time you use it.
For example:
Pendulum clock in the background: movieclip
A man talking to another man with lip sync n stuff: Graphic

Draw something, click with right mouse button on it, and choose "convert to symbol"

After converting your drawing to symbols, you can see that in Library panel (Window-> Library menu) - You can reuse it where ever you need.
