great tutorial! for anyone having difficulty, make sure your symbol is set to Graphic! not Movie Clip, or Button. your animation wont use additional frames unless its set to Graphic.

i made my eye phases in Illustrator and then imported them to Animate. Inside the head layer, the eyes play through the animations, but on the main stage they do not. The eye phases also don't show up in frame picker.
Hi i just did a scene where i did lip sync and moved the eyebrows and pupils. If i add a key frame further down how do i continue to change it without messing up the past one thanks

My favorite animator is piemations and have really been trying to learn how he does it. I've got a pretty good understanding of it from different people but i wish you could talk to him directly that would definitely help lol. Thanks again👍

Not sure about your situation specifically, but you'll need to create a new keyframe for every new drawing. And look into 'synchronising' your Symbol

Yes, you can reuse Symbols between projects 💪🏼

Symbols are saved automatically in the Library, and you can organise them in the Library Panel
