Just love Michelin tyres. I am about 2 years now on Wild Enduro and they are just absolute beast. I had before Mitas, Continental and Hutchinson and Michelin is what I really love.

i agree on the fork, keep the stanchions clean , and they don't need a service for a year or two. stopped cleaning me e-bike as much, and don't oil the chain all the time and it last just as long.
Just brought the 2024 e+1 for a good price , it’s actually a great spec for the buck so not sure how much I will change, A coil would be great , have one on my analog bike but will persevere with the x2 for a while and see how I go

Rob did you Find The Cycle Show on Sunday Last all top riders there none of There Brand Ebikes or MTB it did not have any top Brand Bikes There Ben Deakin did find it empty on Saturday people on Stands where not to Happy see your Giant got same Motor as my Haibike Yamaha pw x3 with 85Nm
I expect my pedals to have drag - nothing worse than have your pedals spin like a rotor when you take a foot off and then have to spin it 90° with your foot in a worst case, all while not trying to fall off the nearest cliff! 😅
i had a giant ebike and it started cutting out one day and i can honestly say giants customer sevice is AWFUL!!!! it was 2 months out of warrenty so they didnt care enough to help me get to the bottom of it, the overall experience was extremely poor. The customer service team was unresponsive and unhelpful, the bike was only two months out of warranty. Despite being a loyal customer, the lack of assistance from the company was unacceptable. As a result, I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a Giant eBike to avoid doing so at all costs. The lack of support and poor customer service experience is simply not worth the investment.
This seems a retailer issue rather than a Giant issue. Giant would 100% assist your dealer with this. Out of warranty though your dealer may not care, especially if you were expecting a free out of warranty repair. However, it sounds like you have a loose or dirty connection. Start at the battery terminals and work on from there checking for corrosion, dirt, worn contacts, loose/missing springs etc.

I run the Hope V4's they are epic👌, 220 up front and 200 on the arse, the only brake I have used that could actually rip off the fork stantion 😂😂

Pedals feel better with no spin I’ve always got some sort of play in my £30 pedals annoying as less spin less chance of play ™️
