I've been watching the Dream build series for a while now (thank you Gee for them) and ever since the UNNO bikes have come into this series I ... just ... believe that every UNNO bike deserves a separate video ... from this DH Ever, to the Enduro Burn ... to all the rest of their lineup! They are indeed masterful done!

Right from the beginning I knew two things:
First, its going to be an awesome bike.
Second, thats the guy who always clicks the torque wrench twice, which makes me crumble.
suppose to click it twice is the rule of the torque wrench.
I agree. Clicking twice has a chance to over torque the item that you are meaning to torque. Also you should never set to max torque value. There is normally a torque range for a reason. I used to be an aircraft mechanic. Now I'm a flight engineer. This is where I get my knowledge.
@@kandem01 should you double click it or not? I read that you should.
@@fonzo9405 well, I'm new into this but I do it by setting the mark 1-2 NM lower than max and then carefully click it twice
Especially on the derailleur, he torques it with a normal hex wrench probably beyond torque spec, sticks the torque wrench in and the bolt doesn't even turn before it clicks lol
Gonna wipe our floor clean coz been drooling alot while watching this... 🤤
Was a straight Dream Build... Untill the SRAM brakes and rear der.

No dropper, and mechanical brakes on this bike too?
@@justsayin3600 DH bikes don't need dropper posts and that's a hydraulic brakeset.

With duel crown forks, can you potential reduce the travel by pushing them further through? I imagine this would cause a lot of damage and how do you know if you’ve got the crowns clamped on in the right position?

With as expensive of a bike this is, I'm really surprised that it doesn't have a wireless or hydraulic rear derailleur. I'm also still hoping that mountain biking will adopt the stronger mid bottom brackets and half link chains from bmx
