Note: since you can place tbe center of the tenon and the center of the hole, even on the angled piece, just DRILL both of them for a sufficiently large hardwood dowel. Then you need neither the bearing nor the router and bit. Spend the tool money on a Forstner bit. Look, I'm impressed with your steady hand on the trim router, and you got away with it, twice. With a small router like that, you MIGHT be able to do it successfully a number of times. Sooner or later, you'll tilt the router a degree or so off, and tne bit and the bearing will do something noisy and scary. The kick might surprise you, and NOBODY's reflexes are that fast, not even a snake's. If you HAD a real necessity to do something like this, first make a jig that can support both the workpiece and the router OUTBOARD of the cut. In place of the bearing (there's already a bearing on the bit), use a correctly-sized disk of hardwood or aluminum, fixed in place by a recessed screw; this serves as a template and inner support, and the table you build into your jig provides the outer support. That table needs a big enougb hole to allow your traverse about the tenon you are making. Thinking further, you could invert the whole jig to use on a router table. And there are other solutions that won't risk your digits - and your eyes and other valuable parts.
If you are going to have to use a forester bit anyway (or basically any size drill bit for that matter), why not cut both pieces of wood with the exact same bit and use a dowel. Would sure speed up the joint and be as tight as well... JMHO!
Это нормальный способ в полевых условиях. Но я бы положил на стол брус, равный по высоте с подшипником, чтобы основание фрезера опиралось ещё и на плоскость рядом. Потом заготовку можно поворачивать на 90° или 180° и обработать с хорошей точностью.
