    Steamed Seven Star Grouper
    Ingredients:
    500g of Seven Star Grouper, season with salt and put a few slices of ginger on top of the fish
    A few slices of ginger (put on top of the fish)
    A good amount of ginger stripes (to garnish)
    Some bird’s eye chilies, chopped (to garnish)
    Some fresh corianders (to garnish)
    Steamed Fish Sauce:
    1 small bowl of chicken stock (1 teaspoon of Ah Pa’s homemade chicken powder mix with hot water)
    1 teaspoon of oyster sauce
    A little bit of light soy sauce
    Pinch of salt
    Pinch of sugar
    A little bit of fried garlic oil (or sesame oil)
    Few dashes of white pepper

    I sincerely hope you will stop putting chicken stock into every recipe merely to promote Ah Pa's chicken stock. It's your channel, you can do what you like but your trusted cooking videos is starting to be like promotional videos. Love your older videos.

      Before i use my chicken powder, i was using pork broth or chicken stock which i made beforehand, now that i have a chicken powder that can be made into chicken stock in 2 seconds, so i just use it, I don’t see any problem.
