    Thank you for understanding the importance of maintaining the natural curve of the lumbar spine in the forward folds. It's great to find someone else who understands the natural design of the human body and how to work with it, rather than against it. Great practice!

    We are many people who benefit from your videos. Yesterday I found myself with sore muscles from doing the push up exercises you show. I remembered what I studied about muscle fiber, actin and myosin and my deep muscles are "working" because they feel. Gradually increasing effort is the optimal idea. Today I plan to continue. I would like to take the face-to-face classes but I am in Buenos Aires (Argentina). All my thanks Margaret!

    Yoga is good for balance but can it also build bone density? I need to work on my balance but I'm very worried about my bone density because I've been injured for the past 6 months and haven't been able to lift heavy with my lower body can yoga also help strengthen the bones especially when injured and not able to do heavy lifting?

      @@cockamamy Please followers of Margaret, don't ask for medical advice/expert's advice - it is so awkward, because it is not legal to give advice without meeting one's clients, real experts can't do it, therefore they also always have disclaimers all over youtube. We can give tips as laypersons, and we can be referred to other youtube videos, where there are going to be discalimers, too. BTW Margaret has done many videos about osteoporosis and bone healing. They are very useful for understanding the condition. All the best wishes and do take care to prevent falls and to eating healthy! For me Margaret is a great inspiration. I'm sure she reads our comments and take them into consideration when se prepares educational material for us with so many video-uploads. It makes sense to subscribe for her channel! Please, do! And give thumbs up!

      @@DNA350ppm are you the Admin on the channel?
      There’s no good reason why a referral can’t be made to presenter’s previous videos or findings on Yoga & Bone Density clinical trials & findings.
      Martin’s book for Yoga for Better Bones pp 28-35 has a ton of info.
      You should read it.

    Thank you for this video. One issue I had was I would be involved in a pose, and here would come a "commercial," requiring me to get out of the pose, click on skip ad, then get myself back into the pose. There were around 5 or 6 ads during this 23 minute video. Very distracting.
