Amazing stuff! All your vids are so well done and very useful. I was wondering if you could answer a question for me. Have you ever used any of these custom meal plan tools? I got one from Next Level Diet to help me add some muscle and I actually like their plans. Was just wondering if you've heard of or tried any of them yourself. Thank you!
Every now and then, your video pops up the right moment... i know stretching is important but it is easy forgotten. I "kinked" my and it is "#@*^" painful which makes me thinking about what to do...stretching helps heaps❤
With that last stretch, with the knee on the chair to stretch the quad, my right knee (both knees have pain the same area, but the right more so than the left) feels minor pain with that stretch. Are there any other quad stretches to do?
Finding a good PT in my rural area is impossible… so I’ve begun using your channel to help myself with my spinal cord compression & strengthening the muscles in my legs trying not to lose my ability to walk. I’m only 41 & it’s taken too long (20yrs) to get a Dr to take my pain complaints & loss of function seriously. I used to be very active but the spinal cord compression & pain has caused muscle atrophy, etc. I still wonder how much exercise is going to help my issues but at least your exercises are within the realm of possibility for me to do.
