Yeah, that adjustability puts it over the top for me.

@@liheath558 I would say the same. It’s just how the foam is sprayed that is different. I would say the sudmagic foam is closer to foam Cannon style. A little frothy I think is a good word. Gilmore is a more soapy bubbly consistency. The adjustability of the Gilmore makes it my favorite.
When you adjust the handle of the spray nozzle, does that affect the foam outcome?
Yes it does.
Would using something like Adam’s Mega Foam improve the foam thickness at all?
It could, but you have to find that sweet spot on the dilution. Too much or too little soap concentration and the manifold won't aerate the foam enough.
But does it help to reduce the dirt on the vehicle? I know it depends on soap used, but does the foam canon help reduce the grim on the vehicle paint?
The foam is more for lubrication to minimize scratching when you contact wash the car, but if it is a good cleaning soap the foam will make it more effective and allow it to sit on the panel longer to work on the grime.
I wonder if someone tapped an orifice threading and dropped a 1.4mm orifice in there, if that would increase pressure and produce more foam.
You would have to drill out the device. Looks like all one piece from what I see. No interchangeable orifices. At some point you need a lot of PSI in order to agitate the mix enough to create big foam.

Totally different thing it would be way better as you can cover way faster. Battery foamers are for when you don’t want to lug the water hose around and not waste product.

Agreed, only place this works is a big RV because it shoots far. That’s about it. Quality materials is nice though.
