I appreciate the MagSafe magnet strength test, where the Mous is not as strong as the Caudabe Sheath. Also appreciate pointing out the lanyard cutout, and the less grippy sides.
Mous made a mistake coloring in their logo white on these new cases. Looked way better when they blended it in with the black logos from last year. Don’t like that!!
Been using the walnut and leather Limitless 4.0 for my 12 Pro for a few months now. Love the case, but I hate how dust can and will find its way inside the case through the button cutouts. The bottom lip is also quite sharp so you feel it when you swipe up from the bottom. Worth the money as long as you don’t mind the issues I stated above.
There are always three cases that I order immediately upon a new iPhone purchase: 1. The official Apple silicone case (Because it's always readily available on day 1) 2. The Nomad Rugged Leather case (Awesome quality leather and better protection than official Apple leather case) 3. The Mous Limitless series (usually Bamboo/Kevlar) I think these are three of the best cases you can get for a new iPhone, in any year.
I’ve had 2 mous cases and love both (both for iPhone XS Max) and so I got it for my iPhone 13 Pro. My only concern on first arrival is that the lip for the back cameras doesn’t seem raised enough and feels like the lenses will touch a surface when left on its back. Any thoughts or experiences?
@@BC08 PhoneRebel is supposed to be Mous, just better. Bigger drop resistance, lower price, included Flolab screen protector and better grip. Bottom front is lowered in the centre for better home swiping on iPhones. Im a 13 pro max user and im waiting for gen 3. Im considering Mous in the meantime but ppl find it slippery to hold, and 50$ is overpriced

The gray Caudabe sheath & Mous speckled are shipping soon. A nice phone like an Iphone 13 really deserves a nice case as well. More power to your channel!
I watched this review a couple weeks ago and bought the leather one. When i opened it, it looked good and i was pretty satisfied. The very same day maybe 2-3 hours later the leather back came loose, and i have sent a warranty claim. After i put it on the phone i hopped in bed, watched some netflix and noticed when i was going to put it down and take a shower. Im really disappointed since it took 3-4 weeks to arrive and i had to pay customs and now i don’t have a case😐
I've purchased a few cases now for my iPhone 13 pro Max and my Mous Aramid fiber 4.0 is by FAR my favorite. The fit is fantastic and it just feels so nice. The Aramid fiber is great because it is very lightweight, which is good for a phone that is so heavy. I use a couple of Popsocket Magsafe accessories with it and they attach with a ton of strength. The Aramid case is a bit slippery so the Popsocket really helps (I use both the magsafe grip and wallet). I find the magnets in this case the strongest of a few Magsafe cases I've tried.

I really love Mous' cases but really a shame that they still haven't improved onto the side material and make it more grippy. I think it kinda keeps people away from getting another Mous case.
Trying placing the phone with mous case on back side down on a cleaning cloth and gently press the camera bump down on the cloth. if the camera lenses leave an imprint there's insufficient lip around the camera in my opinion.
Here I am again, browsing on all your videos, I just ordered the limitless 4.0 for my iphone 13 pro max in aramid and an aramid fiber case for my airpods pro too.
The case is way to slippery in hand, yes your phone will be fine if you drop it but when the phone case is the reason for when you drop it that’s a problem. If you were to drop it in a place you could not get it back. Better to get a case that is more grippy to prevent falling.
If you had to choose, is the symmetry+ or the limitless 4.0 the better case for iphone 13 pro max? I ordered the phone and I am wondering which is the better choice
I have both and the limitless is 100% better case than any OtterBox symmetry series case. I have so many cases. Mous wins hands down if you are looking for more protection of course the OtterBox defender series.
From your prospective between the two which one has more grip because the Mous support team stated that according to them the black leather is the grippiest?
I wanted the leather but saw another reviewer's video that said the speckled fabric is the grippiest. I even mentioned it to Mous when I wanted to return it due to being slippery and they recommended the leather one as being more grippy. Can you confirm? I also wrote to them on their feedback, that the sides need more grip, just like you mentioned! Tough to find a case that is thin, MagSafe, and grippy.

@@TechnicallyTee Yep, it's my number one right now. I've got 2 delivering next week from Spigen Mag armor and Nomad leather, but Caudabe seems on point and will be the move next. I was genuinely surprised the Apple leather was so slippery, and my current Smartish Gripzilla was so bulky/heavy. As you can tell I'm pretty picky haha
I just got my Aramid Fiber 13 Pro Max case today... and between the sides of the case itself and the Aramid back, this case is wayyy too slippery. I've already fumbled my new case 2 times. If the sides of the case had a bit more grip to them, I could forgive the back, but as it stands, I think I'll be returning this.
I’m happy with the mous case first case ever. Don’t like it cause of the smudges, and I also order the caudate sheath. Let’s see which will be my go to. Thanks.

I love Mous cases. In fact I only have Mous cases for my phone, BUT!! I think they blew it this time when it comes to the buttons! Very hard buttons, little clickable!

I would never get that case. I ordered mune for the iphone 13. Came in severely bent and put it on the phone anyways, after a few days I noticed it beign bent even tho my phone was inside. After taking my phone out I coudldnt believe it but the case actually bent my phone. Emailed them about it, got a bew one which arrived with a bent aswell. Those guys seriously have a prooblem with their manufacturing and I recommend everyone with that case to check if their phone is bent aswell.

Yeah I don’t have much experiences with the edge to edge so it could be a risk for sure. I use Spigen screen protectors and never had an issue with them.
Hi, Ok review, however some constructive criticism, at 1:18 you did mention youre using the 12 Pro Max phone. The title says iPhone13 Pro Max. Which is it? 2 doing a phone case review, you mentioned year after year, and still do not know the drop spec they use is pretty lazy. Come on, all you really demonstrated is how it snaps on the phone. 3 The leather is not leather, its a rubber leatherette texture. Leather comes from cows, there is no leather on these. Lastly, a case review with no drop test or anything of the sort... This is not a review but a try-on fit n feel. Pardon me for being picky sounding, but one can learn more from the ads than from this video. I was looking for some decision making information.
I’ve been doing my reviews like this for the longest so I’d you don’t like the way I do things there are other channels. I’m sorry I can’t give you a drop test, I’m a smaller channel and sorry I don’t get sent devices for free but I can’t afford to do drop tests and there aren’t many case channels that does drop tests so that’s ruled out. Sure I mad a mistake with the phone, not that serious and all of my videos are picture perfect.
I currently have the Limitless 3.0 wireless charger/case for a S20+ in my truck attached to an air vent mount. The magnet holding power doesn't look strong enough to use it like that unfortunately.
this case is rubish, sorry I say that mate . you know why ? the ptotection of the camera is very narow ! if you drop it or when you put it on your pocket, its scratch your camera lenses ! it must be more thicker because the iphone 13 lenses are so big !!! all of the cases I saw have the same problems because all of them design for Iphone 12 and then they change them for 13 ! it is a bad choice for safety ... :( I will be glade if you show me a thick camera protection case with magsafe that I imidiatley buy it ... thanks .

You know I’m not sure if they do. These were some review samples and I don’t think they came with retail packaging. I remember before they did include them.
That colored logo is just so ugly. Also the removal of the microfiber inner lining makes this a no-go for me. Premium prices should get the typical premium materials and attention. Seems like they’re cheaping out.

seems to be better than the spigen tough armor magsafe case... I got it and it seems really even less protection (lower raised)
I think Mous is one of the best cases out🤷♂️

I got the aramid too and I hate it. It literally shows every single fingerprint on the back and it looks bad. Idk if yours is like that too?

I like the Grip because of how grippy it is. The one thing about the Mous is that it has the tendency to get slippery.

Yes it will. At least with the speckled black it will. I really haven’t found too many cases that won’t show the ring over time

Mous is a little pricey. Phone Rebel & Otterbox Aneu are a better value for the money!

That colored logo is just so ugly. Also the removal of the microfiber inner lining makes this a no-go for me. Premium prices should get the typical premium materials and attention. Seems like they’re cheaping out.
