The Otterbox Gaming case is perfect, the only downside is that it has no MagSafe, but the Fit, protection & grip is excellent, hope you make a video of it someday, 👍
I really appreciate you "scratching" the back of the case because it helps me determine the material/finish of the case. My ocd does not vibe with certain sensations/sounds and you doing the "fingernail scratch" test REALLY matters to me.

Hey Tee, thank you for all the effort you put into these video reviews. I had gone through a couple of cases for my new iPhone 13 Pro, and didn't like any of them. The 13 was just enough bigger than my XS it replaced, that I was having trouble using it in one hand. I almost returned it for a 13 mini. Then I found your reviews and bought the Caudabe Sheath. Had never heard of it, and probably never would have if not for you. I'm loving this case, it's exactly what I needed. It's thin enough that I can use the 13 Pro with one hand, grippy enough to make it easy to hold without dropping, and has enough protection for my purposes. It may not seem like a big deal, but for something I use every day this case was a game changer!

I just got my first Caudabe case but I went with the lucid clear to show off my silver iPhone 13 pro. Love love there products and Thanks to your video with all the Caudabe cases!! Now I’d like to order more from them. Castify is my second favourite cases to buy. Mostly cause of the protection and the customization.

The sheath is the best. I found it when I had an iPhone 11, and I’ve kept it in every phone since. When I get a new model, I immediately order a sheath.
I can’t seem to switch to anything other than my DBrand grip for long lol. I have the Sheath also sitting on the shelf for when I feel like switching. Great video Tee. 💪🏼

I love my Nomad modern leather and folio cases for my 12 pro max. The leather is great and love the slim form factor. I get compliments all of the time on how elegant they are.

I love Caudabe too. Veil would be my first pick most of the time but I’ll also get a Sheath for extra protection.

Aye if you can don’t use it till you get a screen protector. I got my 13 pro max and by the time my screen protectors came it already had 2 little scratches on the screen after very light use. Also make sure the screen protector covers the notch cuz that can scratch too.
I'm a big leather case fan as well as carbon fiber so it's pretty easy which ones I like the most!

Ordered the Caudabe Sheath; pulled it from the mailbox tonight and slapped it on my phone.
I got the Mesa Blue to go with the Sierra blue (pics online give a inconsistent color but I assure you it works very well in person; beautiful)
Buttons are very responsive; it is pleasant in terms of thickness (pretty slim)
Idk how it will break in if at all but I will say it does feel a bit slippery on my 13 pro max. I’m sure the weight of the larger model will play a contributing factor but I’d say the major thing would be how dry your hands are naturally.
I’ll give the case props but for me I may end up trying silicone or something I don’t feel I need to grip as much for security.
Overall it’s a good case and I don’t regret buying it but I’m probably gonna lotion my hands more often lol.

Using my Caudabe Sheath (Magsafe) with my iPhone 12 Pro and still love it after 3 months. It has such a great feel, very thin and not bulky, excellent smooth grainy texture, and still provides good protection even after I dropped my phone a few times!! The magnets work well with Magsafe chargers and accessories too!! It’s really one of the best cases out there #sheathgang

I’m a big Spigen fan. Use a Spigen tempered glass screen protector and have 4 of their cases. I also have 13 cases for my Pro Max and switch between them all. A little bulky but the most protective case is made by Crave. Dropped my Pro Max from about 5 feet in my work parking lot. Bounced off the corner and landed face down. Didn’t even sweat it, picked it up with a scratch on the screen protector. Got a 3 pack so just swapped that out. Have 2 Apple cases, the clear and black leather. Way over priced but solid units with better mag safe magnets. A few on this list I have, all solid contenders.

Just bought the sheath and i love it, it’s super slim and snug for my 13 pro max. I mean everyone says that pitaka magez lineup has strongest magnets for accessories but i mean the phone itself is on my hand most of the time so…. 😂
Haha yeah that’s true and Pitaka for sure has the strongest MagSafe magnets.

If you gotta go minimalist, the Totalee has the absolutely amazing fit and cutout for a phone with zero branding. Makes my phone feel light and the colos match the phone.

Yep I have a leather grip that I use as well and love it.
Design wise, the Smartish Gripmunk is what I wish the Sheath was; the textures and shape are better for my dry hands. I just wish it had the buttons of the Sheath.

I have 12 cases for my 13 mini including sheath, Gripzilla, dbrand, etc. Guess what case I use 99% of the time? The Caseology Legion I had for my 12 mini. They don’t make it for the 13 mini and I had to use my dremel to open up the camera lens area, but nothing feels as good to me than this case. The texture on the sides is unmatched by any of these cases in your video. The two piece design is mega-protective.✌🏻
Yes, it fits the 13 mini perfectly after a bit of modifying to the camera lens area.

I tried to get the 13 PRO, for 200 dollars less than the PRO Max but No Go due to stock and stock color issues ! The Max actually ended up better for me a tiny bit thicker and Bigger! For my hand issues. I will see if I can your PRO Max cases Video. I did try to save that video once but I have of course saved so many of your great videos! I'll check first your channel. I do try to save them so if I order I use your Affliate Links First! To Me it's necessary and mandatory 😌 !
Great list man! Although personally, I am not a fan of the Sheath, I just do not like the texture of it. I prefer a smooth finish which is why I'm using the limitless 4.0.

They have always been slippery and I would not buy one. They are expensive and have no grip please they need to get their act together. That is a lovely green for the sheath I’m just waiting on my navy sheath to arrive it could not come sooner. Cheers

I made the mistake of putting this case on my 12 mini. Now I don’t want to take it off! Even without MagSafe. I can’t find any case that can compete with it!
Every time I put another case on I end up talking it off and putting the Sheath back on. I ordered 2 more! sea green & Electric blue to go with my black!
Got the Leather Nomad for the 13 Pro Max, just got the Sheath and idk man i was expecting more grip like more rubbery, texture was kinda hard, might go back to Dbrand route

i just got the limitless case and i gotta say while i wouldn't say it's "grippy", i definitely think it's a lot better than the slippery ass stainless steel that apple puts on their phones lol. i really like the feel in the hand, it feels light but still sturdy, and the lower sides are pretty nice too. i didn't go for the sheath cause, personally, i think it's pretty ugly, and also the material looks like the type that i really hate that's all sticky and shit, like soft touch silicone, i hate it. but i gotta admit, MAN that price difference really hurts, but alas, i really like the mous one so far.
also, how does it have weak magnets? those magnets got more grip than my wife man. what am i missing OUT on??
I think the Sheath is really perfect for 13 Pro Max users. The thinness of it feels outstanding and makes the phone a lot comfortable in hands.

That’s true for sure when it comes to the Max because the phone is already big so you need the perfect in between case that’s not bulky.
I have the pro max the sheath makes it feel thin, my wife had pro. That phone feels so small to me now lol
@@santijr007 it’s so weird when I put a really thin case on my 12 pro max the phone looks so small I have to kick myself once or twice and say this is the pro max. You get use to what ever size you like it’s really that simple we adapt

I’m a leather case man. I just love the feel and patina you get over time.
I like Nomad but not the TPU sides, love the Bullstrap but not the open bottom bit and Mujjo felt like plastic so I returned it. In the end I got back to the Apple leather one. No issues whatsoever. Fits perfectly. All good.

I have an Apple leather case and Andar Aspen for my 13 Pro Max. Once the Andar went on the Apple case went back in the box

Does the caudabe sheath have that magnet at the bottom of the circle magnet to hold MagSafe accessories straight?
It doesn’t. A lot of cases don’t that’s MagSafe.
I didn’t realize that small part under the circle kept everything nice and tidy thanks I learned something today 👍🏼
I like the Caudabe Sheath man. It’s just so beautiful and simple and clean. But the MagEZ 2 case just keeps calling me back home. It’s the closet to having a naked iPhone without having a naked iPhone. That fusion weave making me think of switching from the regular MagEZ 2 case.
Mannnnn I want to use that Fusion Weave full time but get so nervous with the too and bottom being out. Still might use it for about a week though and see how it goes.

New subscriber here! Quick question - what's your favorite tough / rugged case with MagSafe compatibility for the iPhone 13 Pro? I've watched dozens of review videos and still no single case stands out from the pack. I'm not a fan of the charging port cover on the Otterbox Defender XT but I would like a good sized bumper / bezel around the screen to keep it safe. Any thoughts?
Hmmmm I haven’t reviewed many heavy duty cases but check out the Smartish Gripzilla, that’s pretty good for protection for me and the Otterbox symmetry can take a beating as well. I’m going to get into more heavy duty cases soon!

I actually had a Speck Presidio Grip on my iPhone 11, but I wasn’t sure if I wanted to get the same for my iPhone 13 Pro because Speck has inverted the grips so they are now grooves rather than raised rubber ridges. I’ve read that users think the new version is not nearly grippy enough.

Touch and feel is the same no matter the color and honestly it’s all personal preference but I really like the Grey on the sierra blue iPhone.
