i bought the phone rebel flex series 3 for my iPhone and it was digging in my hand from the sides being gone so I wanted to return it but customer service never responded after multiple emails...i would go with mous just for customer service alone to be on the safe side unless you know your gonna like the case.
Looks like I have to wait either way on either the pitaka mag ez pro or the new buttons for the rebel. Which do you prefer? Currently using the sheith but wanting something a little different with good buttons and protection but not too bulky.
hi Tee i think you should add 1 more test to those case tests: ease of getting in\out of pants pocket i really like greepy cases but cant stand the hardness of pulling out a silicone cased phone from my pockes , thats why i go leather (kind of balance between grip and ease of use). there are materials (like the mous case etc) that i think a test like this will give us all a tiny clue of how it feels in day to day life. think about it , getting phone out of pants is one of the most frequent thing you do with your phone. love your vids , cheers mate

Mouse loses due to no padding for the back like they had in the 3.0. Glass backs need all they help they can get. lol I have the Rebel Gen 3 as well and it's my usual case. I prefer the Otterbox Defender Pro but I'm using an edge to edge Shellrus Sapphire glass screen protector so the Defender doesn't work with it.
Tee why the colour change graphite is an amazing colour and it looks better with a carbon fibre case. I’m sure the blue is very nice but graphite in my opinion is the best colour. So no pro max I guess. I like to have a lot of grip on my phones and I don’t think either one would provide enough the gen 3 is definitely the nicest looking case.
I have both of these cases. They both look amazing out of the box but the oils from your hands stains the aramid fiber QUICKLY and it looks all greasy and “smudgey” it could just be me wanting my stuff to look crisp but it’s almost a deal breaker for me to be honest. Thoughts?
Been using a rhinoshield solidsuit on my 13pro max , how do these two compare to that , personally I’ve had a really bad drop with the rhinoshield and it survived (not even a scratch on the case itself) but thinking about trying something different

Yep I have it and have had it for a few days now. Unfortunately my S22U took a spill and let’s just say it’s on it way back to Samsung to get fixed so hopefully I’ll have it back next week.

Love and appreciate your thorough reviews, but am missing one thing: a drop test to determine how truly protective these cases are. As someone with the dexterity of a toddler, I need this in a review. Maybe consider cranking your reviews to 11 by providing this or joining forces with another reviewer who does the drop test.
I have both of these for my 13Pro Max and they’re very, very similar cases! The Rebel wins in phone grip with the contours on it. The Rebel case buttons are better to use! The Rebel is considerably cheaper. The only thing I like more about the Mous is the very clean look for the glossy, contoured edges, but it’s so smooth that it will probably hit the floor a bit more than the Rebel since it lacks contour grips!
Yeah that’s the thing with Mous cases, love the design but they have to add some more grip to it. Add grip and make stronger magnets and it will be one of the best out.
I was hoping you would mention the noises that the case makes. I got my PHone Rebel Gen 2 a week ago and mine does the exact same thing. It feels like the sides of the case move just a tiny bit and it makes that noise. I’m actually not that impressed with the fit of the case.

Love the battle my friend! I’d still pick Mous over the Gen 3 because of build quality and design. With that said, I don’t like paying more than $39 (hence why I’m #SheathGang right now - I think the Sheath is THE perfect case).
Tee out here making the Limitless job in 3 Case Battles straight lmao I like the Limitless for its build quality, protection and better Aramid fiber. I like the Rebel for its better buttons, better rear camera protection and slightly unique design. The stiff volume buttons for the Limitless really ruins it for me. The rear camera protection isn't good as well. The Rebel's Aramid Fiber back feels really thin compared to the Limitless which feels better to touch. Overall the Rebel wins. Despite its flaws.
😂😂😂😂😂 yeah that’s what’s crazy is that even with the flaws it still gets the W for me. BUT if they make the case like their evolution then it would be a different ball game.
They weren't mushy to me and I bought 3 cases from them. For me, the only problems with them is the weak adhesive on the magnets in the Frosted cases and the thin sheet of Aramid Fiber they use in the Rebel case. Other than that the case's great. If Mous had better volume buttons I might use it more.

I own the Mous and PR Flex in aramid fiber and I love them both! I also love the PR frosted series I rotate the three and forgot the rest off my cases

Rhinoshield can easily be a top case but MagSafe is so important for me but it compares very very well to these.

Yeah I go back and forth and it’s been sickening, first world problems for sure. The green looks good but just not a huge fan of green phones.

Both of these do just fine with everyday drops. I've dropped both multiple times and they will do just fine.

Yeah it did it when I first got it but I don’t have that issue anymore. Never did it on the frosted version at all.

That’s interesting that you like the phone rebel buttons better, they were too mushy for me. Phone rebel is sending out replacement buttons actually.

I bought the PR Gen 2 for 12PM. It seems like Gen 2 is better than Gen 3. Am I just imagining that? The buttons seem much better as well.
I’m not sure that if I’ve experienced the Gen 2 but I’ve heard others say that as well.
