I like my cases to offer full coverage; four sides protection, covered buttons, camera protection, nice lip around the screen, the works. To have the top and bottom exposed is a major deal breaker for me. I am currently rocking an OtterBox Figura case, and I love it! I am surprised that you did not include any OtterBox cases; do check them out if you will get the chance.
@@Paa375 Smartphones have gotten too thin and slippery nowadays, it’s nice to have a case that has a little grip n bulk to it. It’s all a personal choice though. 👍🏽
I’ve been using the caudabe sheath since the 6s thin and I’ve dropped many phones in it. Never an issue. I’m a little less of a fan this year with the MagSafe because it made it thicker…. But what can you do.
Can vouch for the Pitaka case, feels super-premium and fits pretty snug. Great feel to it and it's Magsafe compatible. You and Flossy are my go-to for real reviews. Respect!
I bought the Caudabe Sheath (#1 rated on this review). The case overall is nice. However in my opinion the grip is really lacking. I don’t feel the case has good grip. Despite having a a texture finish this texture does not give much grip. I find my hand sliding a lot. This case has a lot going for it. But after using it I would not say grip is a strong point.
Caudabe all day long! You have a good eye, sir. Never had a Sheath previously, but had a graphite lucid clear for my 12 pro last year and loved the design and the minimalist design. I’ve heard nothing but good things about the Sheath so went ahead and ordered one for my 13 pro this year. Stoked to try it out, they’re my new go to. Hate bulky cases and love how minimalistic their designs are.
Yeah I use to rock it back in the day and then found out about other cases and haven’t been back to it but it’s nice for the iPhone 13 series for sure.
I had the Cudabe Sheath for my iPhone 11 Pro Max. Every UA-camr would talk about grip, yet I found it to be slippery. Or at least not grippy. It did have a texture that seem like it would add grip, but to me it didn’t at all. I’m assuming this is the same. My TPU case in comparison had grip because of the resistance of your skin and rubber like material. But it did cause fingerprints.
I can def see where you’re coming from because at times I can see someone saying it’s slippery but I feel this one has a different texture that’s not like the others.
I’ve always used the Otterbox defender for all my iPhones. I literally don’t leave the store until the phone is in the case. My old phones look like they just came out of the box the Otterbox protects them so well. I won’t use anything else.
Speck Presidio is the best case I have ever used and going back to it for the 13. The only change I would make to the Speck Presidio for 13 is to add that big clip that came with the Presidio for iPhone X. Love the 13 foot drop protection feature.
There is protection with all these cases, everyone has different needs or protection. What you want me to do? Drop my phone with every case and see which one makes it crack?
I can’t get one for my 12 Pro Max, however the Pitaka Pro case will be your new #1 case. I’ve seen enough reviews of it and its pretty epic. You’ll love it Tee 😃🙏🏻
The best case reviews…period! Thanks for all the energy you put into them. Btw, I'm surprised no one talks about this with the new 13 pro cases…do they rock or stay flat with the case. That alone will make me not get a case if it rocks when laying on its back.
Thanks so much for a great video. I'm blind so couldn't see any of the cases. However, I really appreciated how well you explained the different features of each case. I'll be getting an iPhone 13 pro max soon, so I'll be checking out some of these cases. Thanks again for a very good video.
These cut-outs at those buttons are a no-go for me. Durst, dirt, sand and whatever will inevitably find its way and into the case. In my case it damaged my back of the iPhone. Sand or something of similar hardness in for of dust made it between the cover and the glass. The friction when handling the phone made the rest.
Thank you so much for these! Ordered myself a Caudabe Sheath. I love the look of the Caseology Parallax, but I read some other reviews that it can kind of come off when pulling out of pockets.
I would also add the spigen tough armor case to this list if you like durability and a kick stand. This is what I’m rocking for safety atm.great reviews though!
Nice video man! Love the lighting, background, and colors. Thanks for your quick review of your cases! I’m getting the 13 pro max soon and your video was helpful! Personally I like a case where the camera won’t protrude from the case so that I can lay it flat on a table so I might go for the dbrand case. If you know of other cases that can do the same please let me know! Stay blessed!
Yes Sir! I still got the Mous speckled in the box. I will use it in the future for active physical activity because of it’s secure wrist strap. Keep the reviews coming Tee coz a lot of us rely on it..
With the huge camera bumps that come with phones these days, it would be really helpful to let viewers know if the cases being reviewed also completely solve the wobble that happens when the phone is placed on it's back on a flat surface, or table.
The Pitaka Aramid fiber type cases are truly beautiful and grippy but if dropped they are basically done and at their cost it’s kind of a high dollar one drop item. I once used CA glue to sort of repair one once but it wasn’t really so great.

I just bought the Caudabe sheath in camo green for my 13 pro max. It's a great slim case and the sensitivity and ease of pushing the buttons is amazing. It does have grip but i thought it would be a little more grippier. If they made it just a little more grippier it would be a grand slam. Is the Dbrand grippier?

Nice review! Personally I’m not a huge fan of MagSafe. I’ve heard some stories of destroyed batteries related to it. Who knows it was on the internet. As long as wireless charging works I’m in. I’m a UAG fan by the way!
You reviewed all the cases that I have been interested in. I have the Mous 4.0, some Spigen thin case for grip, and the Sheath on the way. I had a Pitaka for the 11PM and 12PM, wanted something with more grip and more protection.
I went to All the Links and checked them out! It's gotta be the D-Brand Ivory! Amazing Quality just hope the MAG is strong . There are tiny things l would like better like inside shock or beefier corners but nothing else is going to come close to this Quality! Definitely not doing Ultra-thin case. This is and will be Number # 1 for Me. Thank You !

The Rhinoshield Solid Suit used to my favorite case, along the Mous Limitless. Phone Rebel smokes them IMO.
Thanks for this, just ordered the Caudabe Sheath. Evutec cases have been my go-to case, but I needed something with magsafe.
Nice review! Personally I’m not a huge fan of MagSafe. I’ve heard some stories of destroyed batteries related to it. Who knows it was on the internet. As long as wireless charging works I’m in. I’m a UAG fan by the way!
Would like to see how it handles on a flat wireless charger as the camera bump+case thickness may prop the phone up enough that it doesnt charge
Hi Tee which one you prefer between the apple silicone case or the sheath?
Haven’t tried the Apple silicone case but I still don’t think it will compete with the Sheath on sheer grip alone.
@@TechnicallyTee cool thanks
I’ve tried both. Caudabe for sure. No finger prints, no lint build up, grippier and overall just a phenomenal case for the price
You reviewed all the cases that I have been interested in. I have the Mous 4.0, some Spigen thin case for grip, and the Sheath on the way. I had a Pitaka for the 11PM and 12PM, wanted something with more grip and more protection.
What’s your opinion on the Mous 4.0?
@@bishy2 i like it, just wish it had more grip. Sides and back are pretty slick.
Between number 10 and 9 which would u say
I might cop a lifeproof because that’s always been my go to but I might go with caseology
Thank You !
Sup case been around for a while i love it! Dropped my phone quite a bit but never broke it
I just discovered your channel, fire videos bro. keep going 🔥
