Exactly. Go to another channel . There are plenty. Lolz. But I can understand why many ask for English instead.
I tried to make an Indian dish, but could not understand a word in the video.

It depends on his audience. Not everyone understands patios. I speak patios at the job. And I always have to explain myself after I said something. We Jamaican things understand patios and that’s not true.

      A true man.
Some of them over do the ting too much.
      I love this guy.
Some of them a try use up too much American slangs and too much twanging.
All they need to do is talk them likkle Patois/patwa and English. Speaking English doesn't mean twanging.
Just like how this guy does it.
      He's perfect.

I love how authentic you are. You are very articulate yet yuh keep your accent real like di dumpling dem. I can't stand when people try to impose on others. You don't need to speak any less patwah,we never tell an AMerican to speak less American. Though the average American DO NOT speak standard English. Anyway, yuh dumplings tun up!

Im a Jamaican and this is your 4th recipe that I have tried and they were all so good. One thing though.... with this one you listed 1tbsp butter but looking at the amount you added I think thats more like 2-3 tbsp which is what I used and they were so soft. I will be trying more of your recipes.

Clear and concise recipe. The authenticity of his native tongue makes me trust his recipes more... I am not Jamaican but I know Jamaican cuisine is made from the heart and it's not a rushed process. The amount of Mickey Mouses out there trying it with their Ja-fakin' recipes... The patois wasn't overly used that someone can't understand the recipe... However, if the new recipe edit shines the spotlight on his channel, then more power to him!

So I tweeked mine a bit. I realized I needed a bit more water to reach your consistency. I also added 1/4 teaspoon more baking powder. And if the oil doesn't cover the dumplins, just be sure to flip them every 2-3minutes until golden brown. Hope this heped someone. Thanks again chef. Wonderful.👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾 I'm going to attempt uploading a pic.

I tried your method and it came out perfect. Leaving the dough to rest overnight makes a significant difference. This is coming from someone that have been frying dumplings for over 20 years. I will try your method of making festivals soon.
