I absolutely love this type of breathwork. The visuals on the screen in the beginning with the benefits of breath of fire, the hum out, the sigh, the meditation at the end. All in all 10/10.

Can you give a recommendation for best breathing practicing throughout the day for maintaining this energy we are building up with these routines. For instance how to breathe in general (moment to moment) and how to breathe when on a walk or doing more physical things. 🌊
Definitely breathe through your nose through the day..calming from the belly. When running, walking etc always through the nose. Even when it’s super difficult, try and maintain that nasal breathing. You’ll get used to that “air hunger” which is actually you being able to tolerate high CO2 levels (which is necessary for oxygenation). If you’re into functional breathing, Oxygen Advantage has a few books on that 🙏🏼
