I had a beautiful inside during the session today that all my fears anxiety and struggle because of man and relationships ( I had a biggest fear that I will never be happy with the one), even my heart was in pain during the session, I made a decision not struggle any more and take out all thoughts regarding men , whatever God will send me I m grateful but I’m content right now… right after making my decision truly the heart pain was gone ❤

Looking forward to this one. This week I took it to a much higher level in terms of my time and energy spent on breath work. I decreased my work time and put full concentration on every session I did. It felt good to not have to stop in the middle of a session every few moments while delivering.
One thing that I learned from this whole experience is that God makes it so easily possible for anyone to do what I do in regards to doing the breathing session while having to multitask. I would have never imagined that being possible before I started practicing.

Another amazing one Sandy. One thing that started happening about a month ago is that whenever I exhale I hear and feel my tonsil moving back and forth real quick. This never happened in the beginning of when I started doing sessions. And my exhales are relaxed when this happens.

I notice when mediating I yawn a lot. I noticed on hold parts of this one you teach my body wants yawn too. Do you know what that’s about?

Hey Sandy, just wanted to let you know how grateful I am to have found your channel and for the guided rhythmic breathing videos you put out to the world. It has been an integral part of my mindfulness practice, and I believe it will continue to be for many years.
I wanted to ask for advice on the idea of breath retention. I love the feeling of the breath retentions, as it helps me slow down my mind the most. But depending on the breathing technique before the retention, I am not able to hold the full time and would like to get better. For example, this video has a slower breathing technique, and I normally can't hold for the entire time after a slower technique. However, in some of your other videos, the more rapid breathing techniques allow me to hold the breath retention for the full-length of time, no problem. Are there any tips you might have for successfully holding after fully exhaling from a slower technique?
