The level of detail you provide both in your monologues and in interactive conversations is great. I am not a runner, but if I were, I would love to have you on my side. Awesome!
Yeah, I agree with the comment regarding kids asking questions. While newbies benefit by the more advanced videos like this, which is excellent, the advanced runners get turned off wading through the really young runners asking questions like "I'm thinking of maybe like running like um the 100 meter or uh the ultra marathons and I recently purchased a pair of Walmart running shoes. My uncle was a mailman and he uh used to walk 5 miles every day in the heat in Mumbai, but my cousin is the 8th grade pacer champion at Ahmedabad Middle... and uh... what do you think I should run? I live in Delhi, India and there is alot of traffic so I don't have many places to run so..." Nick, maybe you could have a separate vlog for newbies?

Hello Nick, just a quick question- Are there any other convenient ways, other than using a running app, to track runs if we cant afford a running watch?

Thanks for the tips. Does this short-taper advice also apply for marathons?
For marathons and endurance races you should do a 2 week taper
