.So regarding the Jesus comments.Know a backlash is happening powered by some far right religious groups.They should think a bit more before passing judgement.I am 68...all the rules about transition still apply...more so if you are older.Not their call..is a matter only based on patient/doctor privilege.Am also Christian and fully supported by my Church.Thank you for posting...face is my stumbling block.Was injured in car accident.Not my fault but know my surgeon can fix my messed up nose..with great results.You look great. All this means a lot when it's the rest of your Life.Due to Covid re-emerging I wear a mask & no one knows.How I get treated is way different.💓💓💓💓KYRA

This very articulate presentation should be helpful to anyone contemplating FFS.
Here in the UK no private insurance policy will cover any trans related surgeries apart from bottom surgery because they are considered cosmetic. And these surgeries aren't cheap. Upwards of £40,000 for FFS, £8,000 for BA and so on. Very few can afford to fund these out of pocket. It would take me about 3 years to save up for BA at a minimum.
