Our team is available to answer questions and address emergencies at all times. As our concierge Andy explains, if you have an emergency, please don't hesitate to call our office after hours. Although you will get the answering service, they will redirect your call to one of our physician assistants and you should receive a call back within 10 minutes.

We recommend that patients stay in the city from one day before their pre-operative appointment and until their last post-operative appointment. Arriving a day before your appointment will help you get used to the city and settle into your hotel with enough time to relax and feel comfortable going into your surgery.
