It’s crazy to see so many machines working in tandem - they certainly don’t make ‘em like they used to!
Great video as always ProcessX!
Actually , except for the Lazer, the design of the machine is more than a hundred years old. So, they exactly make em like they used to
Todays machines are what past men have dreamed about.
in some occasions.
Thank you for the video. This is quite fascinating. The small size of those screws is impressive. I really enjoyed watching all of the shaker machines sorting the different types.
As a person who restores old japanese bikes. I wish I could order directly from this outfit. There's so many JIS screws that I need regularly that are hard to find =)
Terima kasih perkongsian video nya 👍
I once saw a japanese screw from an old vintage wallclock totally different from chinese stuff. Its 40 years old still in good shape
These machines are amazing! 👍
I enjoyed watching great job high quality ,
Nice one! Hope to see more traditional crafts videos soon 😊😊
This would have been really cool in slow motion.
Thank you.
Great video, thank you!
stunned how small those screws were on the palm of hand😳
Imagine the amps that place requires to run all 3 kabillion of the same machines. That's amazing! Thank you
Its so impressive,as i always say japanese stuff is always different .
Interesting choice of music
The working groups that spend time and effort for salaries and create machines deserve to be introduced to the public
Would be interesting, how many gours it took, to invent, plan, construct, build and install these hole machinery incl.parcel packaging and automatic sexriobal door...very impressive to make so much money with tiny screws... how many might they were selling monthly? More than 10 00000?
Thanks, some beautiful old machines still working alongside a modern Robot. Very fast and automated production, very relaxing to watch, almost hypnotic.
Beautiful to watch and difficult too. Sadly in my lifetime manufacturing like this is gone from New England. This company too must be now feeling financial pressures. That is just the way of the world. Thank you for sharing this great company and people.

Japanese quality is marvelous ! ! !
wonderfull , produktion
TNX for Pesian Subtitles🙏
Amazing Japanese quality products 😍
Looks like Meow's Dad from Space Dandy is doing well
Machines made revolution in industry. Let's see what AI can do.

We're stainless steel wire manufacturer in Korea.
I go out of my way to purchase screws from Japan. That is because the hardest to get in north America is Metric screws with integrated washers! That and unparalleled quality and finishing.
Reminds me of running a punch press or a 4 side.
I love stainless steel screws. So perfect and shiny, and will probably outlast me and you in terms of durability.
Remember Japanese JIS screw head is NOT compatible with Phillips nor Pozidriv.
So when you order your fancy Japanese screws after watching this video, remember to get the proper tool for them as well ;)
Torx all the way. ;)
I would love to go be a maintenance mechanic at this facility…. I would move there and take my son❤

Metal Symphony!
Sevmek ilgi disiplin bilgi incelik sonuç harika.
Hmmmm .... some of these ( might ? ) be in my shed ..... DAVE™ ............
ASAHI - SEKI
Where do all those screws go?
Screws hold the world together! 🙂
Irony: most things in Japan have used nails
Giỏi thiệt, nhà máy đầu tư đặt chi nhánh ở TP Huế,Việt Nam hợp lý
Nice video! Too bad you put muzak on it.
💖💖💖💖
Fleißigen Bienen.
hot blanks should be machined in heavy press can make better screws.
👍👍👍👍
Basically you don't see anything... Thanks anyway.
A bit of slo-mo would have been useful. And, to be picky, we didn't see the making of a single screw - they were all bolts: not one was given a point in the rolling process.
Many of the Philips screws are actually Pozidrive.
So etwas ist Nachhaltigkeit.
Gracias capitalismo por darnos tantos zapatos!!
great manufactur!!;) what the name of music please? merci;)
There is no way to compete with this company. Very big investment made, the length in business is enormous. It can supply at the screws need in the whole wide world! But why I cannot find Made in Japan screws at Home Depot or Lowe's, only Made in China! Is China is the only buyer of these screws and sold to all parts of the world with Made in China brand?
Still not enough screws to satisfy FICSIT.
It would still be better without the intrusive music.
Bit out of context. Packaging design at the end. Someone give Crab branded box... opening and expecting juicy sea delicacy and... getting screws... :)
👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sad to see American technology gone to foreign markets
Wha? What American technology exactly?
Americans invented screw tightening.
I think you mean France technology. The first screw was made by Antoine Thiout, around 1750, introducing the innovation of equipping a lathe with a screw drive allowing the tool carriage to be moved longitudinally semi-automatically.
American is German, so Germany technology claimed by Muricaaaa
can you visit a dice factory?
thanks for the idea
How many of you know what the dot on the head of the screw means.
what is the benefit of still making philips when we have torx
They are less expensive, and are good for light duty, non precise use.
And I think you need a license from camcar.
@@davidhamm5626 ahh, this makes the most sense. Thank you
95% screws are philips, they are great for everyday use, especially electronics
@@davidhamm5626 wow, never knew that. I started looking down that rabbit hole. 😆 "First developed in 1967 by Camcar Textron and patented in 1971". Apparently, in 1990, their patent expired. Hehe. (There is also "Torx Plus", and that just expired in 2019.)
