The Jones/Stipe fight suddenly feels meaningless. Aspinall is the real deal. I think they should just make him the outright champion. He can fight Stipe or wait until Jones returns and fight him. I think he blows through both. Too big...too fast...great BJJ skills which is rare for a HW. Scary guy.
I dont think jones will take the risk, it’s no superfight money wise & it’s also not a name (yet) that’ll boost the legacy he already has. Would love to see it tho, jones always finds a way
This is a trap of the UFC's own making. They play at being a legit meritocracy, but that goes out the window where there's big $$$ involved. We just watched, on the same bill, a guy fight and lose for a title he vacated as soon as he got a long term injury. Jiri was rightly applauded for doing so. But Jones, who is only champ because Ngannou walked away from the UFC and Jones then beat Gane, gets a long-term injury and gets to stay champ and hold up the division for as long as he wants until the Stipe fight can be held? It's ridiculous and I don't think Dana will be able to maintain this charade much longer. The correct course of action is to force Jones to relinquish a belt he never earned, and tell Stipe he either fights Aspinall or gets off the pot. The winner can fight Jones.
@@ToppOppphe probably won’t at this point of his career unfortunately even worse now that he’s coming off surgery with a million miles taxed on his body… he will be around 37 by his next fight.. I dunno I’m a Jon Jones fan boy and I’d be real fkn nervous for him in that one.
I don’t think I want to see Jones fight Aspinal. I don’t think Jones makes it through that one and I been riding with Jonny Bones since the beginning. Aspinal is too young and too good and too powerful. Think he needs to fight Stipe and hang it up as the GOAT. Don’t want to see Jonny out on the canvas and there’s a real possibility that could happen against Tommy Aspinal.
Pereira and Jiri was one of the best main events I’ve ever seen. The walkouts were perfect, the introductions from Buffer were perfect, the fight was back and forth and it went nearly 3 rounds, the whole thing was just perfect. Jiri is a madman with so much class, he’s one of my favorite fighters. Alex Pereira is so damn special in the striking department. His left hook is one of the most impressive strikes in the history of the UFC. I hope we get a rematch someday. I’m very excited for Pereira to defend against Jamahal Hill. I don’t know what Jiri should do, maybe fight the winner of Ankalaev and Walker?

He looks fast for a heavyweight, yes. Imagine Jon gets in on his legs. I don't think much of Jon's wrestling currently, but by heavyweight standards (whether that's against cyril or tom), is more than likely going to be above everyone else. @@tomwilson5721 I've been punched in the face and when I was legged kicked for the first time I said nope to that 😂 worse feeling ever
I've never heard a fan say peg kicks aren't effective... Idk what fans you hangout with
@@HappyGoshawk-lu6vcPlenty of fans think that sunshine.
@@HappyGoshawk-lu6vc a lot have said it. Just bc ya didn't see it don't mean shit dumbass
Bisping has been saying Tom was gonna be a champ for a really long time. Gotta give it to him
Nice hat Big John, represent!
Josh:" I wanted to hear the two sides of the story" the second side... Ali... lol
…….I don’t believe Jon Jones would fight Aspinall. Fights Stipe (maybe) and retires. Tom is a freak. On short notice gotta admit I didn’t think he had a chance.
Josh feeling good on this one....
Got this one out fast! Thanks lads!
Getting caught coming into Alex's hooks was my main concern for Jiri, it was obvious but that doesn't mean I wasn't worried about it
Thanks for the early drop guys.
Usman is trying to get out of his Bellator contract and move to the UFC that's why he's getting popped on purpose. That's my opinion.
First straight man I've heard say he's jealous of another man's jawline. Gaydar going off
Viacheslav is "older" lol he is 31..
Bisping called it and said he would make it look easy! Fuckin Josh talking about the count being a Homer but he rides all AKAs nuts..... oh that's right pavlovich trains at AKA 🤣 Aspinall is the Future!
Did you not get the joke and the irony of what I was saying while I was saying?
Com’on man! 🤦🏼♂️😂
Josh Thomson
@@joshuathomson7179 I'm pumped you actually replied to me lmao all respect
I personally think the fight was stopped too soon and I'm just a fan of fighting. No bias here ✌️
Get up there Tom 🇬🇧
Josh’s audio is pretty bad. You’d think Dave would have that figured out by now
You think you got it bad? Us in the UK have to stay up/wake up for the main card at 3am, which finishes around 6.
If the ufc is all about the best fighting the best and what have you done for me lately then jones aspinall happens next. It does a million buys easily in America never mind what it does over here in the U.K., the build up and both speaking in English makes it huge
Poatan may be slow but his accuracy/precision is scary.
Alex walks at around 230 so Jones is not that much bigger. Their fight at 205 would be very interesting imo.
Wow.. So no talking about early stoppage at main event?
I really want to hear John's opinion
Aspinall is awesome no doubt but if there's someone who's proven to kryptonite for every fight style and opponent it's Jon Jones he knows which buttons to press inside the octagon and find a path to victory
It doesn’t matter you can’t be the goat when you want to fight a 40 year old man
He ducked Francis and he is gonna duck Tom Aspinall. Aspinall is too fast and too powerful with excellent bjj snd wrestling.
Jamahall 😂😂😂😂
24:01 Tom Aspinal the Tyson Fury of MMA? Big but light on his feet and that they move like he is 2 weight classes down? 😏
Josh did a nice job trying to cover up that Nurmagomedov situation
BIG JOHN! You put Ankalaev in there because he's the best fighter in the division. Time will teach you this!
