In other words, traded a bunch of loose, scratched up disc games that nobody wants, for a common 30 dollar game. 🤷♂️ And clearly the guy you traded has a disc resurfacer, because no one would accept a pile of junk as an even trade for one of the best SNES games.
Zombies Ate My Neighbors = a damn good time! Classic, never should have sold my SNES games, I had Earthbound and legend of the mystical ninja - two totally rare and increasing in value titles :(
@@w0rdsandstuff - For the most part, yes. EarthBound is my favourite game of all time, and I probably wouldn’t have bought it if I didn’t get all those games to trade. On the other hand, I do kinda regret selling a couple of those games, and I’ve been buying a few of them back over the past year.
back in the day, stores could not move this game and would often sell it for under 10$ even though it was new. i traded a PS2 and like 10 games for an xbox and a copy of morrowind in like 2002. totally worth it.

Yeah, when you showed all his snes games the one my eyes went was zombies and thought “oh my god!” Then you said you only wanted one and was like “is it zombies ate my neighbor?! Please let it be!…” and yep. Even my dad liked the game. Very fond memories
i was also considering donkey kong but i actually use to own zombies so i HAD to have it! im on a mission to pick up all the games i used to own as a kid!
Makes me glad i bought old games before the retro fad started and every moron became a "collector" and "trader" and the prices went insane. I paid 5€ for Zombies 15 years ago.

I did something similar to this, except I traded a bunch of Xbox and PlayStation games in for a copy of EarthBound.
looking back was it worth it? it was def worth it for me, especially since i got all those games for free pretty much.
