That could not be any simpler! A spaghetti squash inside my pressure cooker. Why wouldn’t I when I have used other squash? Thank you so much!
So easy! I also love to cook Acorn Squash, in it, too! It makes it SO easy! Thanks for commenting and let me know how it works for you!
Thanks for sharing. I typically cook the spaghetti squash separately. I will have to try this next time.
I just received my CP Express. So you have to press Steam to pressure-cook food? I saw the button but when pressed (high or low), nothing happened.
Georgeanne Panos steaming is essentially a pressure cooking function on the Crock Express! Since spaghetti squash is a vegetable and the meat was cooked through on sauté function, it gives us the ability to steam our squash without over cooking the meat! Congrats on your new CPE and thanks for watching!
@@crockpotempire Thanks!! So, basically, to pressure cook a whole chicken lets say, you'd press poultry and then adjust your pressure settings? Sorry, very newbie :-) I've only made steamed carrots (guinea pig lol), Chili and dry pork chops :-(
No worries, but you got it girl!!! ;-) It takes experimenting for sure which is why I'm here for ya!!! LOL I'm currently working on a really yummy whole chicken recipe and I have found that pressing the poultry button and upping the time to 30-35 minutes will be perfect! I like my meat super tender so I always go higher!
