- This was the first time I used a pre-spray called Rat Nasty. it's intended for thr heavily soiled jobs. It also helped me get out some blue slime. I was looking forward to this job because I always want to see how well the carpet will actually clean up. I was pleasantly surprised in the end results.

It always amazes me how people don’t do basic vacuuming! So gross. The transformation was amazing and the vacuum crunch was so satisfying and it’s so weird to say that. They’re going to have to do some major baseboard and wall cleaning, too. Ick

Brilliant results! We’ll do d. Shark is a great vacuum. We use the Sebo darts. Just as good and a bit more solid. Keep up the great work.

At what point do you stop and say it's not worth it just replace
I'll mention it up front and give them the option when we are doing the estimate. If they still want us to clean it, then we go ahead with it. This job was a move out, and a rental so, it was on their lease to have it professionally cleaned prior to leaving.

Did you say pre spray rat nasty and alkaline rinse? Wouldn’t the alkaline brown out? Shouldn’t it be acid rinse?
Sorry Lance. Just saw your comment. It's a neutralizing alkaline rinse around 8ph. It's better for the carpets that are really dirty. If I'm cleaning Berber or a carpet with a bunch of pet stains, then I switch over to the acidic rinse.
