- This Carpet was extremely satisfying to work on. What looked like a disaster, ended up being some carpet cleaning asmr. I only wish there wasn't some permanent stains, because if all this was capable of coming out, this would have been one for the books! From all the impacted dirt, pet stains, some drink spills, to all the loose debris I vacuumed up. This job was actually great to me. I love helping restore carpets when possible. I don't know everyone's situation, and these past two years have been tough. We all could use a little help, and show some compassion. They were very nice to me, so I try my best to return in kind through the best cleanings I can provide.

You should show more of your pre spray and chemistry. Very important step, and lots of people would benefit from seeing how you navigate it.
I need to do a segment of that updated. I did one quite a while back.
On really matted and dirty carpets like that do a quick run with CRB with trays on to open the carpet then vacuum, prespray, CRB and clean. I do all VLM so sometimes I need to do a bit extra to get more dirt out.
That CRB is just eveything ❣️

Nolan Nolan, at first I have to say I was doubtful, why? Cause most of the times when tech says"this is a challenge. . ."they usually are overwhelmed by the carpet. I should have had more faith in you though. I have said it once and I'll say it again you are one of the best in the business. TACT always works. Just wish other companies applied it as well. Once again , there’s a place for VLM , but it can never get out and extract what this man does with a wand !!!! Excellence . That filter at the end says it all and shows what’s really left behind with VLM,,, only suction extracts all that out.

Lol. I was expecting that as well. That deep brown color was still pretty gnarly, but I'm willing to bet that the pet stain areas may have lightened the color a bit.

I wish we had non judgemental carpets cleaners like you around my area. My moms carpets need it BAD. Lots of pet urine and can’t afford the new carpeting yet. Last guy we had in here told us he wouldn’t do it. To just replace everything😢😢
I try not to reject jobs, but I don't know people's situation, so I try to help as much as I can. I've suggested replacement on a handful of jobs, but I always say, "if you still want me to do it. I will." The thing is when it truly needs replacement there has to be an understanding that we can only do so much and if there is a lot of liquid stains pet or otherwise. There is a huge chance they will come back and if we don't go over this. It will appear that we didn't do our jobs. It hasn't been many, but if I feel like I can make a satisfactory difference. I'll let them know that and proceed with the cleaning. I hope this helps understand our side a little, but yeah. They should have gave some better options.
@@blackdiamondcleaningservices we know the stains will come back. But something’s better than nothing. We basically were told to rip it up and walk on subfloor until we could afford flooring.
@@jolene4398 yeah. Maybe they weren't confident enough to even make a change, but that would have been better to say than just walking away with that being the only thing said.

I love when the pros pull the carpet all in the same direction when they have to rake at the end. Raking over the triangles makes it look streaky and I felt it took away from that wow factor of the phenomenal job you did. This family is so lucky to have found you. I'm sure you just earned a lifelong client!! AND kudos to them for moving their stuff so you could really get in there and show your stuff. I couldn't imagine needing to do that room with tables and lamps and couches to work around lol.

@@blackdiamondcleaningservices think positive...it also cleaned a ton of dirt and debris out of their carpet. I'll take clean stains over that gunk of buildup that you pulled up! Don't be too hard on yourself, it was a good and needed clean. Their home is lived in and not a staged set....nothing wrong with a few stains😄

So happy I found your channel. ✨ Was this a move-out clean, or did all the furniture need to be relocated for this job? Also, what is that loud little thing you pushed with one hand and recorded the whole thing of? How are you doing all that work with just one hand? This shizz is absolutely fascinating ✨
A lot of it is done one handed yes. The machine is called a counter Rotating Brush. Very helpful in bringing up additional soil, pet dander, etc for extraction. Allows a much more thorough job in situations like this. This one had furniture moved out of thr way to clean. Not a move out.

Absolutely an AMAZING job! This carpet was dead and you brought it back to life. Floor was filthy the prevac was insane. The CRB was clutch and the kick out was epic. 😍 How long did it take you to vacuum? How many times did you have to dump the vacuum?
3 cannister dumps, and probably a solid 35-45 minutes between edging and everything else. 500 sqft of carpet.
