What a find that is! Can't believe that was your first NIFC find given 50ps are more popular than £2 coins but its one of my favourite designs! It reminds me of the old Quality Street logos from decades ago as well 😂 IOM find deserves a mention too

I got a £2 coin in my change last week , it reads William Shakespeare 2016 . A scull facing left with a rose on the left jaw . On the rim it says •What a piece of work is a man•
Also a 50p from Guernsey dated1997 .
Both in good condition.

Fantastic NIFC find. I recently completed my £2 coin NIFC collection with eBay purchases. There are some lovely designs. The circulating coins I’m trying to find with coin hunts though.
H Christopher, I found a 2015 1st World War 1914-1918 HMS Belfast £2 coin today. 😀
(Hic!) An NIFC £2 coin ish shix drinksh all round… (plus one extra as you said “Holy Toledo” as well)
(In fact the only coins that require more drinks would be a 2019 50p reissue, the Olympic swimming “error” coin and the 2009 Olympic athletics).

Nice finds, isle of man and Jane Austin,since it's been circulation, means it not in uncirculated coin.
Aprox 2000 of these were given to locations in Winchester and Basingstoke like you said. Incredibly rare find!
Chance you might find a D-Day 2021? I remember these being exchanged at Bovington Tank Fest. You never know!!
