Want to try the refried beans how you made it ,
I sometimes buy the El Paso refried beans , but I think I'll make my own next time
You know another great way to make a quick and delicious pasta
Is mash up one or two Avocados
A bit of olive oil , lemon juice, cilantro and mix ig up with pasta or rice
It's really good

I would always appreciate a critical look at some of the latest ‘diet crazes’…for example Dr. Gundry and avoiding lectins, vegan diets and The Medical medium…note he says to avoid ACV as it takes calcium out of the bones..that actually makes sense because we put ACV in to make bone broth because it draws the nutrients out… I know these are probably very controversial but anything would be helpful.

There is not enough protein in your diet especially for a pregnant women. No women especially pregnant should follow this what I eat in a day.
Eggs for breakfast, beans for a snack, chickpeas for lunch. How much more do you need.
