For the chia pudding you have 1/2 cup water listed twice onscreen but only say 1/2 cup. Is the other 1/2c to add as necessary? Just checking. And yes, Cholula is hands down, THE BEST!

What should I do if I wake up not hungry? (I’ve read that’s not good. I also have adrenal fatigue and estrogen dominance.) Just start slowly by having something small and eventually get to an actual meal size?
Love the recipes! Maybe have three meals without snacks to keep your insulin at a normal range.
