One thing that have simplified my life is the 5 min rule with things like washing the dishes or tying up a space. If you can do it in 5 min or less do it now.
I switched to having my coffee with lunch instead of breakfast to avoid the afternoon slump. I know it would be a bad idea for people with sleep issues but I sleep really well and I like having energy in the second half of the day instead of being a couch potato after work.
Just thought of some video ideas if you'll consider. They are: 2023 favourite items you highly recommend and why, Healthy habits you discovered in 2023 and carrying over to 2024 and beyond, personal habits, lifestyle, etc that you had to change to accommodate baby, Anything on mental health, including foods, exercises, etc around mental health ❤
I can definitely relate to tidying a small space being a tiny way to make your day better. I remember one time I organised and tidied the kitchen drawers and my mental space felt so much more clarity afterwards!!! Makes me believe in energetic shifts 💕
Pls consider making a video about how to simplify your life with a toddler. What helps your day to be simple day by day while taking care of a toddler... including easy meals to eat in a day that don't take too much time
I truly enjoyed this video, Meghan! One thing I have changed recently, is having a proper protein rich breakfast first before having my coffee. Feels so good to be doing something that I know will greatly benefit my metabolic health!
I love all of these tips. 🙂 I teach them too, but through an anthropology lens. Small things done incrementally can have a huge impact on human health and wellness. In my personal life, I find that doing yoga daily, for even as little as 5-10 minutes, has made a significant overall improvement in my life -- not only physically, but also mentally and emotionally.
I love these tips because they're all very actionable. But I'm a teacher of littles; I need to find small spaces in my day to sit down and recover, not get up and move. 😆
Thank you so much for the video and consistency these days. Was missing you lots. And thanks for making video mix. It makes it easy for me to watch your videos all day without looking for singles while I'm doing my house work. Cos I really love your videos❤🎉
Thank you for this great video, Meghan. One thing that I’ve learnt from your channel over time is decluttering! I live in a small space in the downtown area and I’m always on the hunt for pieces around the apartment to donate / sell / declutter ... 😅 I have you to thank for that! 💕

Smart! I love having my cup of tea (black tea) in the afternoon too :-)
I have my coffee or caffienated tea around lunch as well! 😊

This is a video I do want to make! Stay tuned xoxo
Naps are nice when you are feeling run down or just too hurried for days on end. Rest revitalizes me. Loved all of your suggestions!
Yes so true!!

Hi Meghan, about three years ago I started journaling and it has helped me so much. Thank you for all the great tips ♥️
I love hearing that! Journaling is so great. xx
Thnx Meghan, great information. ❤ One thing I started to do was getting my clothes and things ready for my next workday at night. It really helps.
Ah what a time saver!

I journal gratitude and other stuff every single day and that’s a huge impact

Hi Meghan,
I have been practicing yoga for a few years and that helps me in many ways. Also meditation and walking. Would like to do more hiking 🥾
I really enjoy hiking. Nature walks are the best. :)
This was a great list. I always make my bed to start my day and like to wash my face to feel more fresh.
Thank you Meaghan so much for sharing this great tips.❤

nole!spiritual satisfaction is beyond choice of food
What simplifies my life is to do lists and scheduling my house chores throughout the week instead of doing so much in one day.

A little moving isn't enough to counter chronic disease for 50 year olds though . That is nothing.
