@Haitian Xu Sure, but. Being big requires more food, so he'll eat more food. Meaning his body will get used to handling that amount of food. This also isn't competitive eating, it's not one sitting. So the body's ability to digest the food comes into play, If her stomach is still full when she starts eating again, its gonna be a disadvantage.

While you can obviously slather things in oil and eat sugary treats, with the absence of fatty meats in your diet you usually have to eat more to get the same amount of calories in, so it's pretty common for vegetarians/vegans to be big eaters if they're active people.

Being two meters tall and quite lean, I definitely relate with your wife, as I need to eat a lot if I want to take on weight. Especially in the beginning it was tough and I was only aiming for like 3000+ calories a day. Eating two much is way harder than not eating enough, especially if it's a one-off.

I was a pescotarian [or how you spell it] for 2,5 years, about + i took different vitamins and other things. But one day i went to the store before work because i feelt my energy was going down - even if i knew how to eat in diet and i have pretty good understanding in chef level. But then i bought one piece of meat for 2 dollars... And the energy i felt in my being. Changed my life,.. So now i eat as we have done in evolution, hunter and gathers and in the bible - birds, fishes and living on land etc cow or raindeer so on. Then combine it with fruits, nuts, vegetables, root vegetables, so on... This have changed my life.. I only need to eat 1 per day as a meal. And i stay away from modern inventions like etc sougar, carbs, proccessed food, milk, so on. Anyway its just my tip to you, but dont bother responding i dont use YT notifications.

She cooked 20k calories worth of food for the guy every day, that's a full time job+ overtime in itself. She also took care of the house and family solo. I was a pescotarian [or how you spell it] for 2,5 years, about + i took different vitamins and other things. But one day i went to the store before work because i feelt my energy was going down - even if i knew how to eat in diet and i have pretty good understanding in chef level. But then i bought one piece of meat for 2 dollars... And the energy i felt in my being. Changed my life,.. So now i eat as we have done in evolution, hunter and gathers and in the bible - birds, fishes and living on land etc cow or raindeer so on. Then combine it with fruits, nuts, vegetables, root vegetables, so on... This have changed my life.. I only need to eat 1 per day as a meal. And i stay away from modern inventions like etc sougar, carbs, proccessed food, milk, so on. Anyway its just my tip to you, but dont bother responding i dont use YT notifications.

She cooked 20k calories worth of food for the guy every day, that's a full time job+ overtime in itself. She also took care of the house and family solo. Basically her life revolved around him becoming the world's strongest man. They were a team in every sense of the word.
