@Haitian Xu Sure, but. Being big requires more food, so he'll eat more food. Meaning his body will get used to handling that amount of food. This also isn't competitive eating, it's not one sitting. So the body's ability to digest the food comes into play, If her stomach is still full when she starts eating again, its gonna be a disadvantage.
That’s called survival mode. The body is NOT meant to be on a diet and dieting doesn’t lead to sustained weight-loss. You will always always always gain the weight back and then some. You can’t override your body’s biology. The body will forever be smarter than any diet, fitness guru, or PhD. The body knows best, and any attempts to alter the body will backfire. While you can obviously slather things in oil and eat sugary treats, with the absence of fatty meats in your diet you usually have to eat more to get the same amount of calories in, so it's pretty common for vegetarians/vegans to be big eaters if they're active people.
Johan w you’d actually be very surprised especially with women since a lot of times they stop themselves from eating to an extent, a great example would be Stephanie Buttermore. I personally think it would be possible for her to eat that much but I do think Eddie might have helped here and there but she still probably ate most of it.

Being two meters tall and quite lean, I definitely relate with your wife, as I need to eat a lot if I want to take on weight. Especially in the beginning it was tough and I was only aiming for like 3000+ calories a day. Eating two much is way harder than not eating enough, especially if it's a one-off.

She cooked 20k calories worth of food for the guy every day, that's a full time job+ overtime in itself. She also took care of the house and family solo. She cooked 20k calories worth of food for the guy every day, that's a full time job+ overtime in itself. She also took care of the house and family solo. Basically her life revolved around him becoming the world's strongest man. They were a team in every sense of the word.
