How to fix p0128 low temperature problem

Hi friends ^_^
On today’s video I am working on a 2008 jeep grand Cherokee 4.7L engine ,
Symptoms this car had was the following
1. Engine light on
2. Low temperature readings
How to fix this problem?
The way my problem was fix was by replacing the thermostat, after that my temperature readings where back to normal and the check engine light didn’t came back on

from 195° to 200° F
