If you still cant connect.
Make sure you search your Hotspot manually, put in pin and connect and if it doesnt work, press options button on the failed connection and change frequency band to automatic.

doesn't work for me, I do the same things, but when I connect my PS5 to my Iphone 13 pro max, everything connects and works, but PS NETWORK says. FAILED to sign in, and when I wanna sign in manually it says something about DNS servers and subnet masks....

If your phone Hotspot isn't coming up, switch your wifi name to one without emojis, spaces or other symbols, and also switch the frequency band to 2.4 GHZ. That worked for me
