In my first 3 days I had 17,000 views on 4 shorts. Then every time I try to post I get 0 views. I tried about 3 videos and all got 0 views. No idea what happened, I deleted those 3 after a few days and am going to wait a few days to post a new one to see if it helps. It happened after I posted one a few hours after the other I don't know if that matters, I see people posting multiple a day.

at the beginning i m making minecraft videos in this channel but my minecraft audience is very low so i change my content and make editing youtube shorts not minecraft editing then i got a copyright strike so i wait to expire the copyright strike after 90 days i upload more edited shorts like coldest moments but i got nothing when i started upload the editing shorts i upload 10 edited shorts and 1 or 2 got 1k or 2k+ views but after the copyright strike i got 9 or 10 views so i left this channel and upload editing shorts or other channel and i got views in my other channel i did right or wrong?

It doesn't affect the growth in longterm, but can definitely help you a bit to get those views in the first 24 hours
What are the recommended upload times for US viewers?
Upload times doesn't affect visibility on the long run. If you want to target US audience, make a content that US audience will like. But even then, there will be views from other countries too 👍🏼
