Coconut roll

This delicate coconut rolls are a similar of a cinnamon roll but stuffed with a sweet rich coconut filling instead. They are so buttery and yummy. Coconut roll are very famous in most of the bakeries in Fiji Island. They are so good looking when baked and the smell is divine.
Coconut roll can be baked in so many ways, however the best possible recipe that matches the taste of island coconut roll I could come with is this and surprisingly was not hard to put together.
Recipe:
Liquid mixture
1 cup coconut milk
4 tbsp butter
¼ sugar
2 eggs
2 packets of dry yeast
Pinch of salt
Add 4 cup plain flour
Make dough
Leave aside to rest 1 hr
Filling
2 cups desiccated coconut
4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp vanilla essence
1 egg
Pinch of salt
½ cup condensed milk
Make a paste
Method:
Roll the dough flat
Spread the filling over
Roll it gently
And make slice to desired size
Bake them in oven 175 degrees 20 mins until slight brown

You forgot something very important - there’s no recipe printed nor a description on the process. Your other recipes do have this important information. I like the recipe and I’m ready to try it but I had to sit, watch and write down the recipe and the instructions by stopping/going while watching the video. Also, the music is loud and distracting otherwise, it’s a very good recipe and can’t wait to try it.
