Mexican Supermarkets have them as well because they grow in Mexico. My dad said when he was a kid they use to wait till it was all black and eat it like a yogurt haha

@@AkeemPierre , there's a centuries old story of a poor Italian man who couldn't feed his children - every night they had soup , and he would only drink the water , and give all the vegetables and beans to his children because they needed to grow , and they looked so weak - but he kept getting stronger - finally he figured it out ! THE VITAMINS ARE IN THE WATER ! the fiber is good , but even conservative medicine admits , sugar and water are basically intravenous , the nutrition is in the water - see what happens when you have a plant that isn't doing so well , give it some love and sugar and water ! if it can , it revives ! the same with all life ! never throw out the water you cook in ! p.s. ( this is not a come-on ) - BUT YOU ARE SO EASY TO LOVE !

Im always digging the vibes my brother love & peace. We have to put people on that regular bananas are GMOS the original species is the wild banana. But also the burro bananas and baby bananas are true species and are alkaline.Alot of people dont know that regular bananas are man-made.With that said how do you have your baby bananas? I find mine better fried in a light coating of grapeseed oil , hbu?

Blessed love. Called macambo banane here in St Lucia. The green ones make a great pie or richage while the ripe ones are also great tasting in smoothies. The macambo and seamoss richage are a regular part of the breakfast menu on MKRC. Give thanks for sharing those great recipes

Those bananas grow wild around the few rural parts of south Florida. You are the first person besides me to make banana fries! The way I do it is different, I push the bananas through a fry cutter and fry them up in lard in a deep fryer. Have grown these bananas since I was a kid and we used to call them Orinoco.

Variation in life is the key. That his how the Irish got in trouble with the Irish famine. Their potatoes became more and more homogenous, which means the same-no variation, so when a pest or microorganism came by to disturb the crops they all suffered and cause a massive famine in Ireland many decades ago. Variety, in life is the key, which includes all living things. Hooray for variety-it is the spice of life!
