After some research I learned that using rock wool inside the van is a bad idea, it will result in tiny particles of this material to become airborne due to vibrations. You dont want to be breathing in that stuff. I started putting in rockwool in my van and I had to remove all of it and completely clean it, it was a major pain removing it.
The bigger issue with the rock wool inside the van is the fact it absorbs water. The water droplets appear on the metalic van's walls because of the inside and outside temperature difference. The solution to this problem is to wrap pieces of rock wool in stretch foil. Even if the metalic walls become wet it won't touch directly the rock wool because of the foil.
I don't know why I like the sound of sanding sped up... but I do. Good teamwork you two!

So how did you line up the holes with the panels to the plus nuts?
