You mean hilaw or luto na? If raw, yes you can freeze for a. month. If baked na, you can put in ref for 2 weeks and then thaw and reheat in the microwave when needed.
In this recipe how many scoops or how many cookies were made please? For costing purposes in case i want to sell these type of cookies i need the yields please. Thank you in advance
You have to make the cookies yourself before you make a costing because we might not have the same size /scoop of cookies. I am not very sure of the number of pieces per recipe because I made this video last year. We make our videos 5 to 6. months in advance. I think I was able to make about 70 pieces. Chef, you can prolong your video to 10 mins or more so you can earn more. I know this from some vloggers that you can't monetize a content if done in less than 10mins. Am not sure though@@ChefRoseofCaroandMarieCebu
I can still monetize if the videos are less than 10 minutes but of course, the longer the videos the more I can monetize because they can put more ads. I try my best not to make videos longer than 10 minutes because for someone who has a short attention span, I can understand that few people would finish the whole video. I do not want my videos to come out boring. My main goal is to teach and share. Monetization is a bonus. I appreciate your concerns and I am very grateful for your advices.
