We are retired and don’t need to set different times for the temp for leaving and returning. How to just turn on heat/cool in morning and turn off at nighttime?
Bro I just wanna turn the heat on. Why do I gotta set a whole damn schedule more complicated than my work life to not freeze. Funny how they blocked comments on the actual user manual from the company
is there a way just to turn off the sleep/wake in general? its super annoying and we cannot sleep after it turns off cause it gets super hot once it does

Well I can tell you I absolutely hate the thermostat that. I don't like setting the times for the run through I think that is stupid I rather control it myself. How do you get it off of the stages I can't figure it out for nothing I've looked at the manuals I've done everything I want it all soda stages. Does the "leave" or "sleep" time to set mean thats when its supposed to turn off? Because mine just never turns off till I manually switch it to off. I have all the days times in there but in scheduled mode it just runs non stop

Pressing the up down, the Hold indicator comes on - does not let me manually use my thermostat it's set on its own schedule and seems there's not much I can do about it it's ridiculous.
Mine won't heat above 64. Brrr on cold days... nor below 75 on hot days. Truly a disappointment. Scheduled it, properly according to video and manual. Was hoping for at least 68 in the winter. 75 in the summer was ok. It was over 100 outside....

Tried everything that usually works: taking batteries in and out to reset whole thing, resetting desired temp etc. Still not turning on furnace. This thermastat seems pretty straight forward but hard to troubleshoot. Guess will have to call a tech $$$$$

This thermostat sucks. Who the hell sets temperatures based on time of day or day of week. The run schedule feature is absolutely useless. Use the manual “hold” feature if you actually want to cool your home when YOU want to and when it’s needed.
Holding down the second button to reset FILT doesn’t do a darned thing. Thanks. Discovered you’ll need to set/press the menu button, THEN hold the stupid button for three seconds to reset FILT.
In the event of a power failure, After the thermostat has been preset to HOLD temperature, will the thermostat Automatically reset to the same hold temperature ??

Would not recommend this. There so many settings it does everything but manage the heat. I guess you have to take the 40 hour class to operate it. Worst ever

Yes! I just took the batteries out & put them back in & it worked! I can crank the ac to 60 & the heat to 80
