LAOS COOKING BY MY FAVORITE LADY MS.PRETTY NALY'S KITCHEN, MMMM THE FOOD LOOKS DELICIOUS AND SCRUMPTIOUS 👍!ENOUGH SAID WITH RESPECT OG MR.MOLINA SAN DIEGO CALIFORNIA 619!👊💪
That's normal in a lot of Asian cuisine. Whatever you don't use, just keep in a jar with a little oil and pinch of salt for future use. It'll keep for about a month. Just FYI. ;)
Too much of MSG! It's deadly. You know you can make your own soya beanpaste. It's not difficult. The meat and soya bean paste and the tomatos have a lot of flavour. YOu really can leave out the MSG and it still taste really good. I was born in the area of Laos that specialised in Khao soi. If you fry the garlic and then fry the beanpaste well in the oil before you add the meat then you will have more flavour and fragrance in your Khao soi sauce.
hahahaha its soooo bad.MSG has been around many centuries and Asians still going strong.Cant be that bad if China has the worlds biggest population LOL
Yup. Eaten in normal quantities (i.e., an amount that actually tastes good in food, not multiple heaping spoon-fulls all by themselves, for instance), it's totally safe. Anyone with any doubts should watch Adam Ragusea's pretty exhaustive video on it, where he has a university food scientist on to discuss the various studies on it.

For broth are you using pork bones and chkn??

What do you eat the sauce with other than with noodle soup?
It's good with rice and even khao fune cubes
Do you have the brand or a picture of what kind of bean paste that is ?

Hi lady. Can you please tell me what’s the red powder ? Thank you 🙏
Red is Paprika Powder, thank you much. 😍
I was just about to comment how to make the soup, but you showed it at the end of the video. Thank you! What kind of bone meat is that? Pork?
Your num Kao soy not different from spaghetti sauce thank you.
This is not KHao Soy
That's not how we make it. You need the real stinky bean. And that's way too much garlic. And you don't need to add sugar and oil. Smh
Wow is that a Rolex on your wrist .. you want new boyfriend !! Ha ha ha .. only joking .. great recipe Thankyou 😂
