Can you also please show a tutorial on how to tighten the rear suspension of ZERO9? Mine is so soft that when you step on it, it just compresses and no shock absorption is provided.

@@deanlee4855 I wish i knew how to move that cable. Seems to be the only thing preventing us from changing or tightening the suspension.

This video does not mention that on the Zero 10 there is a cable feeding the strip light on the front of the stem. If the cable is not removed it will be cut by the stem when the stem is detached.

Thanks for this video, I could tighten my suspension fork.
But I had to cut the code for my front blue light....
Can you also let me know how to get and connect blue wire?

    • @FalconpevSg

The easy way is the tie the two ends of the naked wires together and tape them up

Hi do you know anything about windgoo scooters ? I'm trying to get to the back shock Absorber the spring to tighten it. A can't seem to get to the part from the back. When taking the battery out there's like a plate at the back looks like it's been sealed I'm thinking is the bolt there because it can't be anywhere else. Do I just break through that ?

Is what you did will stiffen the suspension? I am 200lbs and it bottoms out easily. Is there after market springs?

I was considering purchasing the Zero 8, but your US Distributor RevRides, is impossible to get into contact with. I tried contacting them through their website, a few times and i also called their phone number listed on their Twitter site and left a voicemail. Go luck with your sales in US with your non-responsive distributor.

@@RevRides360 No worries, I understand. I received your response and I appreciate it. So many e-scooter companies appear to have nice products but lack the service to support their product (due to many being startup companies). I now feel a little more comfortable with Rev Rides. Thanks again.

Hi what will happen if I didn’t tighten the suspension? I brought my zero 8 to the store where I bought it. They said nothings wrong but I’m hearing knock every bump even just slight pull or push the steering. My scooter is just 1 and half month only. Thanks
