  • SO many emerging leaders want to confidently speak up more in meetings at work. For some reason, speaking up in meetings is really challenging. And doing it in a confident way is even more difficult.
The inability to confidently speak up in meetings could show up in you letting others talk instead of you, only speaking when you're asked a question, or speaking up but in a hesitant way. None of these attempts to speak up more in meetings will come across as confident.
And as a result, your competence, intelligence, and potential will remain hidden because no-one will hear what you have to say!
Now, I know that you're an intelligent, hard working, high-potential emerging leader and you deserve to be recognised for your expertise. So in this video, I share with you seven ways you can confidently speak up more in meetings at work.
These ideas are very easy and simple to implement. After watching this video, you can immediately put them into practice in your next meeting.
And once you've finished this video, let me know the result of you using these techniques.

Kara Ronin, I received excellent feedback on my college presentation due to the use of your technique, which I learned from your previous leadership video. You are attractive due to your cuteness and smartness. Thank You Kara Ronin. Next video 👋CEO.

I'm deeply grateful for the positive impact you're making in people's lives with these insights. I particularly resonated with the idea of steering conversations, and here are a few commonly used phrases for redirecting discussions: Transitional Phrases such as "By the way...", "Shifting gears...", or "It's interesting you mention that..." can facilitate a seamless transition to a new topic.

Great session but I learned One think during to participate in a meeting we should bring a notebook with our self so that when meeting is started then I could write down the important point which is discussed in the meeting.
