Great ideas! Justine Leconte is even taller, if I remember it correctly. A few years ago, she made a kibbe video and said she was classic. Which is impossible at her height. It would be interesting to compare her own with Aly's video. At the beginning of the kibbe rabbit hole, we probably all think we are classic or gamine. 🥰

She does fashion/styling videos for 'mid sized' women and she has an 'apple' body. Still manages to look absolutely gorgeous and well dressed, though, even though it is such a challenge to dress well with that kind of body. And I think many people would appreciate an example of a woman who is not very slender.

I love this video 💕. I have to comment something. I see many bloggers who manipulate their body proportions to some degree. I can’t understand why they would do that. Case in point, at 5:35-Valeria’s legs, especially on the right, look extremely long. Then at 5:54 her leg length (body proportion) looks shorter. Hi, I’m not Aly but I am a true spring dramatic so maybe I can help.. in my experience being a true spring kibbe dramatic, I can wear head to toe color and print, and can handle a lot of sparkle. It also depends on your essence blend (Kitchener essences) for your makeup, but if you are more like a romantic/ingenue/ethereal essence you can definitely wear a lot of sparkly makeup and shiny lips vs having a natural essence or dramatic essence (diff than dramatic body type) then you may look better in mattes. True springs are supposed to have a luminous quality like more transparent glowing skin and eyes so it is much more likely that sparkle suits you.

Hi can I please ask- you have typed me before as a Dramatic- if I have also been typed elsewhere as a True Spring for colour analysis should I still do my makeup as you recommend Dramatics should ( matte, no highlight etc) or should it be more shine being a True Spring? Many thanks
Hi, I’m not Aly but I am a true spring dramatic so maybe I can help.. in my experience being a true spring kibbe dramatic, I can wear head to toe color and print, and can handle a lot of sparkle. It also depends on your essence blend (Kitchener essences) for your makeup, but if you are more like a romantic/ingenue/ethereal essence you can definitely wear a lot of sparkly makeup and shiny lips vs having a natural essence or dramatic essence (diff than dramatic body type) then you may look better in mattes. True springs are supposed to have a luminous quality like more transparent glowing skin and eyes so it is much more likely that sparkle suits you.

@@devonbear4979 from your picture you seem to have some classic essence, which would be more medium on everything but everyone has a blend, not just one. There are some good channels that talk about the essences and it is a very fun topic to dive into
