    Short version - don’t believe a fault code - they’re only for guidance, they provide a starting point, the rest is on you.

    Well found..just bought a disco 4.....thinking of a gap tool to help me when I need it..wished I'd someone local like yourself..well found..

    you mentioned pathfinder. guess thats a diagnostic scan tool. I work as a mobile mechanic. My scan tool that gets me by is Autel 908. Pathfinder ....?

      Yeah! Pathfinder is the current gen LR dealer diag tool for DOIP cars :)

      @@joehodgy so this Land Rover I was going to buy which won’t run. You said IPC in the dash. If it’s that how much do you think to repair it...?

      Geoff - depends on the job! AutoLogic is great for fast fault code reading across the range, much fast than SDD or Pathfinder...Pathfinder itself is required for the newest models...annndd no-one likes using SDD 😅

    Well presented good old auto electrician testing. Cheap cost cutting cable used too thin insulation, shame on you LR.
