Range Rover Sport suspension fault - Picoscope vs height sensor!

- Suspension warning lights and warning messages can mean a LOT of different things.
And there are a LOT of different components in the system from height sensors, to fuses, to relays, to control modules, to compressors.
Identifying and proving the fault is essential for accurate diagnosis - fault codes are only the start of the process!
Here we have started with fault codes and have moved onto component and wiring tests to prove the fault with our PicoScope 👍
thank you for a decent explanation, and that has given me a clearer understanding of how things should work and behave, big thank you.
Excellent explanation. Thanks for the video👍

hi, great video, i was just wondering did you get any DTCs on your scan tools for height sensors? you never mentioned what DTCs you got in your video, only customer complaint of instrument cluster message of lowering ride level and 30 mph max red warning.
sorry I missed that you said it right at beginning 1.05 height sensor out of rance code, my mistake

Hello, have you ever come across issues with 2012 rr sport with 6 pin Hight sensors, ( 2 rear replaced with oe Jlr parts) no fault codes but rear of the car is sitting very high and it is refusing to re calibrate with either autel or sdd, all 5v and grounds appear to be ok and I have single up as far as suspension modules….!?🧐 any information would be greatly appreciated!

Forget that last message, a bit slow this morning.
Hi anyone willing to point me in the right. Direction. I have 0 volts going to my front right ride height sensor. I cannot see any obvious damage to the wiring.left was fine 4.9 volts. Even if someone could point me in the right direction to show how the loom is routed through the engine bay would be hugely helpful. Wiring diagram shows a plug connector half way back to the ride height module but again I’m finding it difficult to trace it around the chassis. Thanks in advance.
