Love how you are generous with the amount of pineapples and milk. Most pies I've had from the island food shops are mostly custard and you can tell there's hardly any milk its so diluted with water....tasteless! Would try your recipe one day😊

Most recipes they added cornstarch to make it thickener. From all the recipes I watched. Yours is the best. Most of pies from other Samoan bakery are hardly taste any pineapple 🍍.
