- Today, Netgear57 replaces a power antenna on an immaculate, period correct pignose S13 hatchback while talking about sponsors, money, and motivation. Crack a beer and it's like you're there.
18:45 Me when I see CCF drop a new video 💪

@@mobmobmobmobmobnetgear just fingered his 240..
Ah yes the beginning of all great stories: "So I followed him to his house"
As you do
Dedication to reaching out about your car’s extended warranty
As an Unc. this is heavy Unc. energy
Right up there with "So we fist fought..."
How guys make friends.
i didnt want to freak him out. so i pull up to his house
let this be a lesson to you, if some dude follows you to your house he might just want to work on your car. he probably isn't mad about all those names you call him
Lmaoooo
finally I can watch a car being worked on without being yelled at for holding the light wrong
Having flashbacks right now.
lol!! Miss my grandpa, took me immediately to the past.
Nam flashbacks
Damn I felt that in my soul 🫠
"Point the light light where I can see, not so YOU can see"
Donut media would never wink at me like that
Leaving me all warm and fuzzy feelin
netgear is doing anything he can to get on the old mans will.😂 on the will it says I here by relinquish my 1990 nissan 240sx to netgear
Old man thinking to himself: "I wonder what this mexicaan's gonna ask for the job..."
Netgear already reading his mind: "It's a 'gentlemans favor' Ill gladly save that shaft for you..." 😉😘
Boomers lookin for bussy gonna be snatching up all them s-chassis...🤣🤣🤣
i had the same thought
the only way to get a really good 240sx for a reasonable price
"Let me follow this guy home and see what's good" - Netgear
Feels weirdly calm and enjoyable to be indirectly talked to about Netgear's personal stories and thoughts. Like a friend you know but never met.
You can tell it's a survivor because it has front bumpers.
You tell it's a survivor because it
1. doesn't have an ugly ass wanna-be libertywalk kit
2. doesn't have an ugly ass turborabit kit
3. doesn't have a bashbar
4. has OEM parts and is 100% stock
5. has been kept in amazing condition in spite of the minor things that break with age
6. is owned by an older man
7. still has the factory paint job and not a stupid wrap that actually damages the paint underneath
8. isn't used for drifting
9. isn't kept for TikTok Clout, but kept because the owner genuinely loves the car
Hanging in the garage with my virtual car friend. A Friday tradition.
You all truly do not need to apologize for ads… you give us hours of entertainment, time is money. Those people are idiots that probably aren’t on Patreon supporting the channel.
Good on you Netgear for fixing this guys car. Good Karma.
Netgear the type of guy to follow a guy to his house without getting arrested
Real recognize real, the fact that he knows how much you care for these cars and that he'd rather give it to you so that you can keep it running and pristine instead of just letting it go to any random who will do whatever to it.
Fr, first one: my last wrx, sold to a guy who lied thru his teeth about getting it for his ‘awesome son’. Up for sale 4 months later, typical flipper ad. Second one: I think I just saw a local s13 coupe old lady driven, that was down the street, now at an apt complex with a new dent. 3rd one: saw a clean low mileage Subaru for sale, then showed up in my area cuz it was a similar version of my car, saw it like every other day for a month, appeared later with gold rims too, then saw a huge dent on the quarter, eventually poof it was gone, randomly showed up at the junks, wasn’t even listed online but already picked clean. Sad, car didn’t even last a year with new owner.
Feed editing is gold.
Feed and friends, get that bag wherever you can get it. I'll watch anything yall put out. Won't even skip in video ads. Just keep making content and the cash will follow 🎉
I can’t believe donut won’t hang with me like this
I'm so glad I found this channel randomly, it's very entertaining. I don't watch alot of car content, I only watch you guy's, Drew Peacock, Donut Media, and AutoAlex. I'm very selective on who I subscribe to.
Two things I learned from this video:
1. If you see a nice looking car, follow the owner to their house and try to become friends with them (hopefully they won't call the cops on you).
2. The S13s, when new or almost new, were popular with girls. Nice.
P.S. : The sounds of Netgear compilation is pretty funny.
Wet gear
If netgear would ever help me helicoil fix my 05 4.6 2V F150s blown out spark plug threads, that would be atop of my life long achievements
I didnt mind the temu vid. Would rather have 1 ad vid every once in a whike vs raid shadow legends every vid. Got introduced to the channel through cars vs humanity 2 i thinks and have been here ever since love yall
Jesus that's clean. The pinstripe really brings it together
As far as the temu vid goes, this is real life. Always take the money. Always. 👍
Don't sweat the ad guys. Anyone whos been around knows that UA-cam pays dick and ads are just a thing we have to deal with. The only thing ill say is dont let it change who you guys are. I subbed because i like you guys, you make me laugh while in the garage or at the office where i have to try and explain to everyone whats funny. Just dont become the poggers face "mechanics react to weird car tricks #9" type shit
I really like these personal hangout videos with netgear. Love you guys and love all you do, you got a great community
Road to 100k boys gettin closer and closer, yall deserve it too. keep kicking ass
That feed edit got me 😂
Oh shit, my virtual car friend! Just in time for garage work
Crazy to see you guys from a couple of thousand subs to 83k I’ve never seen a change on you guys besides your mics and these videos when you just work on stuff is very enjoyable
Good work man Hopefully we can all make you very rich men 🤙
What I love about the story of this car, is the old man actually bought his daughter's(es) lol, car. Typically the story goes "this was my old man's car, or grandfather's"
I love how all the norms are thrown out the window, and the story is completely 180 degrees the opposite direction.
I love a car with a great story, and this is a perfect example.
Netgear, it's cool. We know that the ads are coming, but don't become fake because you guys are the most people on the planet. Also, take pictures before you tear shit apart.
Love the idea of this 79 year old going "ya know netgear...."
Was looking for this comment 😂
79yo driving this clean 240 around god i wish he were my grandpa how fucking based could you be.
it's crazy to know there was over 251k non vert 240sx sold in the USA (s13 and s14 combined). I own a s2000 (less than 70k sold in the usa total) was easier to find a rust free s2k than a 240sx. Sad days, it's getting harder and harder to get clean 90-00s jdm cars.
If anyone should run ads it should definitely be CCF, you guys are constantly giving us great live streams and videos. Make your bank gang we support you
These cars come in not clapped out?looks beautiful
That wink in the beginning really sets the tone for the rest of the stalker story.
The thumbnail got me weak asf😂😂😂😮
This video really makes you FEEL like you have friends
I'm going to be honest, I have completely different taste in cars to you guys, being a fan of boomer muscle cars. The fact that its you guys having fun is what brings me back here.
Damn lucky i discovered this chanel its like talking with my friends
Mannnnn. Netgear vids are some of my favorite ccf videos. c:
I like netgears take on keeping old cars stock and clean
The sigh remix is pretty premium lol
Netgear... you followed him home? You sounding real Doug Demuroish rite now! 🤣☠️
13:20 As far as the Temu video goes I don't think anyone cares if you take on sponsors, in fact I think most would be supportive of it. But who you choose to sponsor reflects back on you, have integrity, don't sellout and only run sponsor's of products you'd actually recommend. Temu is garbage and that video clearly didn't represent your actual opinions. Running adds for them deserves to get clowned on just as much as the average facebook S chassis.
I saw a mint purple s14 the other day and my wife could not understand the urge to follow them and do the same thing. It was a survivor with zero mods. Couldn’t even comprehend what I saw at the time haha
Honestly a touching story bro
the editor had fun with dis one.
Names 2 or 3 things he did. Yeah I have done a lot of work on it. 😂 good for you bubba we all need an older friend.
Sorry, here is all I have done to it:
Sourced and installed new hood prop latch/prop bushing, privacy cover hinges/rope stays, radio, shift knob, shift boot, steering wheel, paint correction, coolant overflow, and antenna
Netgear looks likes he's on a register ngl
The drive at the end
11:00 I’m not crying, you are, ps who cares about ads, it supports you guys and helps bring us more content, get that money
I wish that dount media would hug me like netgear
Real champs already heard this story from past videos ❤️
These are the best videos! I wish I was there.
I’ll happily watch ads to support this CCF. My favorite weekly nonsense 👊🏼
Love your videos guys. It is true what you say about not being wealthy but feeling wealthy being able to work on these cars. I just want to be wealthy enough to own and work on 80/90s Japanese cars.
Donut media would NEVER
If the old man really loved his car, he would bring it to a hand car wash.
To be fair, he's a pretty old guy. Maybe he can't move around all that well and you need to do a LOT of bending and crouching to hand wash, plus it's a hassle so I get it.
I don't do auto washes anymore, but I feel like a dork everytime I do self-serve washes because I KNOW that brush does NOT belong on my car. But sometimes you just gotta get it done fast.
It's more that he is very set in his way
@@rushnerd I meant pay someone to hand wash your car.
@@noseboop4354 Ahh fair enough. Though unless you knew some local kid (Netgear) I don't know how you would really get that done all the time. Still he probably just like the convenience I assume. And OBVIOUSLY this guy is pretty thrifty if he drove the same damn car since the 90's. Cannot even imagine doing that.
@@carfriendsimulator9981 I was thinking that too. It's not like a show car to him or anything, it's just his car and he knows how to keep it looking good and on the road (wish more 240 or MK3 supra owners were like this...)
come on us gen x kids loved cars too.....once you hit 16 it was on, hell we still had auto shop at my school....they killed it off since then but man my foxboy and 93 altima SE 5mt were always in there bc i was putting some kinda new parts on.....i learned how to run gauges in that class (tach, oil water temp etc)......the car guys at my school were like a cult
those were good times
If I'm going to take it to an automatic car wash, I always take it to a touchless wash at least.
Advertise all you want at the end of the day it’s all about the bag and I’m for it that’s what i subscribed here for
The title 😂 never change bro
Excuse me sir, are we not going to get an introduction to your yellow time piece??
Shout out Tony its stories like these that get people into keeping their classics alive
I was mad about the Temu ad at first. But i still love you guys. I get that its hard to get off the ground. I forgive you guys im still here for it
My virtual car friend wouldnt be obsessed with shitbox nissans, he would be a miata boi...
Lmao the ending was funny af 😅😂😂
The Hot Red looks so orange in this video
I had to use those Temu Solder connectors at work a couple months back. I was repairing rodent damage on a 2022 E Class Mercedes and my foreman gave them to me to use. I used a Power Probe PPSK Butane Solder Pen to heat them up. They worked great but it took forever to get them to heat up enough to properly solder the wires, melt the moisture seals and shrink the heat shrink. You can't use too much heat or else they burn and melt away. If I had a wire holder for soldering I would use them again, but otherwise 2 sets of hands and some patience are required.
Wow amazing. Great video!
I have a 03 Hyundai Tiburon Gt with 304k miles on it all original no rebuilds the transmission is automatic and still runs great I'm the 3rd owner and bought it in 2018 with 152k miles it's slow car but I don't care I just love that it hasn't let me down at all
once in a thousand years there comes the time Netgear recognizes a 240sx for not being a piece of shit
Who would complain about the ads on videos if you make good enough content wear peope would want to sponsor you then great job you deserve it dont know why anyone would hate nothing new seeing an ad on youboob!
That antenna whipped his ass !!!
He can't walk & chew gum at the same time either, LMAO.
Sweet. Time to cut the muffler and springs and get some diamond racing steelies
My buddy has a black E90 320d with 350.000 km, so around 210k miles. His car has a couple blemishes like a driver side swipe in the door and front fender and he likes his tints but the still the way he maintains and keeps it clean, running and looking georgeous I just respect and i try doing the same for my 316i Compact.
Already a few seconds in and i will say you need a good clip on mic, just to smooth out the peaks, but other than that everything its always good👍🏻
Good story. Good video. 👍
Tldr version netgear found a father role model with an s13
Damn! Gran Torino vibes 🙌🏼 Keep it up and Fuck the naysayers!
That Nissan looks like Ronald McDonald is gonna hop out of it at a kids birthday party
0:00 got me questioning my sexuality there for a good sec 🥶
CCF volume 1000%
How is netgear so wholesome?
NEW NETGEAR LETS FUCKING GOOO
I asked Donut Media if I could hang out with them in their garage but they pants'd me and dragged me around the track.
Make your paper, boo-boo.
14:22 nobody tell Netgear carports and car covers exist......
I just put up a second carport next to my garage. They're okay but eventually fail. We had a shit ton of snow fall one night in Michigan when I wasn't home. I came home to the roof caved in on my V8 Volvo 262 Bertone project because the carport collapsed on it. I was very very much the big sad.
It sounds like you've got a few years before having to worry about this space issue, which is cool. Get Tony to do some exercises so you can save up longer lol.
I'm looking for a power antenna for my hatch too, did you source that one for him?
Now it just needs underglow, a big wing, anime stickers and a knock off Bride bucket seat
I killed my antenna in a carwash over 20 years ago. I just drive like that since then. 1995 S14 stock manual with 160K original miles still on it.
Friend is a rather strong word, i'd say...
I do car stuff too but if i try to talk at the same time it doesn't go this well.
Get that ad money boys, I'd much rather yall do ads every once in a while so maybe net gear can extend the garage and keep that old man's 240 clean
I love this channel!
humble af' vid netgear
It's a me, Netgeario
Thats awesome!!
