Great fun and great driving thanks. Back in the 60’s I had a early B with non synchro 1st gear , a friend had a MGA and another friend had a GT I truly love these vehicles thanks again.
I'm attending a rather prestigious event later in the year (16th - 18th September) I'm hoping to cover the whole event including getting the car ready to go. More details to follow

These races look so fun, the only thing we have close to that here in Florida is SVRA vintage here at Sebring international, only 30 miles from me. Once my car is prepped for a race i will definitely post it to Facebook!

An overdrive gearbox is allowed but may not stand up to the punishment of racing. We tend to just use a straight cut set and then change the diff for longer circuits.
It's a great circuit, loads of history, a little long for MGBs though. I was lucky enough to have a trackday here many years ago on the 90's layout with Bridge corner, that really was a lot of fun. It's changed a lot recently, I imagine mainly for F1, but there are several good classic car race weekends too.

Yes most cars run with a straight cut close ratio box. Both 3 and 4 synchro gearboxes are permitted.
