What a brilliant video on how to transition from one pose to the other, and I like how you have included two versions, very helpful..please make more video's ?
Marian, thank you for using our videos and for sharing your thoughts. I'm happy that the video was helpful for you! We're working on more meditations right now. Hopefully more videos coming in 2020!
This helped me so much. Thank you! I’ve been struggling with full chaturunga into up dog rolling over toes for years and with this tip - I can finally do it! I have a long torso. Please can you give tips for getting from up dog into down dog rolling back over? I possibly lack the abdominal strength but I’m sure there must be tips to aid the process. Thank u again 🙏
I'm so glad it helped you! As for the up dog/down dog transition, push the top of your feet down and engage the quadriceps, draw the navel up like you're doing the deepest cat pose you can move through AND gripping the mat firmly (noting the connection with index and thumb)pull from the heals of your palms back toward your feet while slightly dragging the feet toward your hands as you roll through. I know it's a lot to make sense of but definitely use the first two movements of pushing the tops of the feet down and rounding like you're going into cat pose. I'll be shooting more videos in December and will add this to the list!
